I looked at many cups before finally ordering this one. This one was perfect for me because of the ceramic lining, quiet features, like a silicone bottom and the top lid closure is quiet. The ceramic lining doesn't keep my coffee lava hot, which is what I wanted. It cools down a bit but still keeps a little bit of heat. The handle is perfect for carrying my kids inside and my coffee. Very nice cup. Doesn't clink when set down. Large cup. Keeps everything warm and ceramic liner makes things taste good compared to a metal cup, also design is good Cons: hard to clean in bigger size. Lid is fragile

Got these mugs because we finally started to notice a difference with coffee taste in our stainless travel mugs so wanted to get something ceramic coated. This mug is a bit more expensive but very worth it. Definitely helps with taste for coffee and tastes like a traditional coffee mug. For how well it keeps things hot/cold, it is surprisingly lightweight. It keeps coffee hot, and I mean hot, for hours. The handle is nice, and it still fits in all our vehicle cupholders. For being a 20oz mug it still has a smaller profile I think . The pad on the bottom keeps it from slipping or being loud when set down. I haven't dropped it yet to see how durable it is. Love the ceramic lining— no metallic taste. The 20 oz size easily fits in car, but wish I had ordered larger size. The screw on lid is a bit irritating in trying to get it on at just the right angle for drinking. I have found that I prefer the snap on lids that are on my yeti. Great coffee cup! I use this as my everyday home cup. It keeps my coffee hot and is the perfect size. Love RTIC products! The coating is a nice upgrade which makes it dishwasher safe. It’s just a tad too tall for my Keurig.
