⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Travel Mug for Daily Commutes I absolutely love this RTIC 16 oz ceramic-lined travel mug in Ice Blue. It’s the perfect size for my car cup holder and holds just the right amount of coffee for my commute to work. The ceramic lining is a game changer—there’s no metal aftertaste, and it doesn’t react with the protein I add to my coffee, which has been an issue with other stainless steel mugs. My coffee tastes clean and exactly the way it should. The color is beautiful, the mug feels solid and well made, and the no-drip lid works exactly as advertised—no spills or messes while driving. This has quickly become my go-to travel mug, and I would absolutely purchase it again. Highly recommend!

It's a vacuum-sealed mug, so what's the big deal? You get these for free at trade shows or office workrooms when no one is looking. This one is ceramic-coated. I had no idea what a difference it would make for taste. I can't figure it out. Stainless Steel is inert. There should be zero taste interactions. But there is. The ceramic coating removes all flavor issues of the mug and puts the flavor back into the beverage. It keeps drinks hot--just tried in a 6 degree day and it stayed much warmer than me. The lid screws in, which actually makes cleaning easier and the drink tab flips and locks into place. It holds the fluid in more securely than the Yeti but I do like the Yeti magnetic drink tabs. I use the mug with big, bulky gloves and have no problem working the top. I'm going to replace all my insulated mugs with these ceramic-coated ones.

The RTIC travel mug has some ups and downs-- however, most importantly, it truly keeps your drink HOT! Insulation: The challenge (in my opinion) is that is takes about 1-2 hours for it to cool off to the point where your drink is drinkable. This may be a good challenge to have depending on where and what you are doing. (For example, if you are going somewhere else where you are going to pour your tea or coffee into something else- it will definitely still be hot, and then shortly- it will be at a drinkable temperature). Looks: I got the glittery purple one and it's adorable! Love the color. Maintenance: It's relatively easy to clean, however, my tea does stain the inside of the cream colored ceramic on the inside with each use. As long as I clean it right away- those stains do come out. Function: I LOVE the handle. It's remarkably helpful for me, as I am usually carrying so many things at once. Mostly Leak Proof: I have been testing it for leaks. It's pretty good overall, however, not 100% leak proof. If you flip it upside down, yes, it will leak. If you are going to an office, etc. and are not dumping your mug upside down, it is relatively leak-proof. Value: For the price point and the value I get out of it I am giving it 4 stars... oddly enough the most frustrating aspect is that it takes too long for my tea to cool off a little. (I suppose you could just not heat up your water so much). The handle, durability, color, and overall value gives this mug a 4 star review. Thanks, hope this helps you make a decision on your travel mug purchase!

Excellent coffee mug . Lid goes on with handle on both ways (R L) , straight if you over tighten it will be crooked and hard to takeoff .& doesn’t leak . I like the rubber on the bottom makes it sit solid . Fits perfectly in automotive cup holder. With porcelain liner no metal taste.

Love this mug. Get the 20oz and don’t waste time with smaller. Perfect coffee amount in 20oz. The only negative I could see is the mouth latch thing. It is tight and hard to open a bit. Yes the slide types are easier to open but after many mugs, I have yet to see one of those that are leak proof and cleanable as they will get mold in the slide rails. This flip type is leak proof and can be cleaned. And the ceramic lined is the bees knees because I hate my coffee tasting like stainless steel.
