I was hesitant but am very pleased overall. I might not make flannel jammies out it for regular wear, but at this price point, it surpassed my expectations. I use pure white flannel for cuffs on the Christmas stockings I make to sell. I’ve had issues before with inexpensive white flannel having discolorations or really thin spots. This washed and dried nicely and neither bolt had any issues. Yes, it shrunk some and it wrinkled a bit. But it’s 100% cotton flannel, that’s normal. It ironed out smooth and the embroidery looks perfect on the snowy white fabric. I hope this flannel is still available when I need to buy more. ... show more

For the past several years I've been making my own gun cleaning patches because commercial patches aren't any good anymore and are very expensive. The cotton flannel I bought both locally and online has been has been less than ideal but that's all I could get. This cotton flannel that I just purchased through Amazon is fantastic. It's thick, soft, and very absorbent and you get a tremendous amount of patches for not much money and you can custom cut to any size you want. The fabric appears to be good fabric and I like the color. My problem, however, is that I ordered 4 yds and received 3 3/4 yds. While this does not seem to be a big difference, the fabric still has to be washed and will shrink further.

Color better than sky blue, it’s actually AQUA. nice surprise. A bit more green than my photo. It’s such a pretty aqua color. Reminds me of robins egg blue. Item not as fast as Amazon, but came in about a week.
