I have bought several bolts of flannel from RTC and have considered the fabric to be good quality. I bought 4 bolts the last time, but didn't cut it up until today. One bolt was two pieces instead of being a continuous bolt, so I could only get 7 baby blanket backings from it instead of the expected 8. Since I make the blankets to donate to charity, there will be one less blanket for me to donate, which I regret. I didn't realize that the bolt was not as I had expected until after the refund period had passed. I will probably use the leftover sections to make little bear toys to donate for babies. ... show more

When Joann's closed I was looking for another fabric vendor to purchase cotton flannel. Flannel is used in the products I sell on Etsy. This flannel is a neutral cream color not yellowish, soft to the touch. The width is as described approximately 43". Washes well in cold water, air dry, do not put in hot dryer to prevent shrinkage. My suggestions -adhere a sticker with the fiber content and care instruction on the end of the bolt and sell in 25 yd bolts. The price is reasonable and works well in my products, I will continue purchasing this product in cream as well as other colors as needrfhighly recommended. ... show more

Better than I expected. This flannel is very soft, even after washing. The color staid true to its original shade pre wash. I also use color catcher sheets in the washer to help with colors bleeding to other garments, there was scant amount of die on gloth. Small amount of shrinkage but that's expected with cotton. I wash everything in cold water and low on dryer. Price was perfect for not knowing the brand. I will again from this seller again.
