I’m very particular about my bedding and this comforter did not disappoint. I wanted a down comforter that was both warm and full-looking and this one checked both of those boxes. It fills a duvet cover nicely and stays warm throughout the night. The one downside is that it’s a bit noisy when moving around. I’ve never experienced that with a comforter before so it’s taking some getting used to. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, just something I wasn’t expecting. Update: It’s been 2.5 months and this comforter has a large rip in it. Very disappointing considering nothing has happened to cause a rip and I’ve taken good care of it. I haven’t even washed it yet. I’ve just removed and replaced the duvet cover every 1-2 weeks. I can only assume it came from putting the duvet on. I would expect that the fabric would be strong enough to hold up longer than 2 months and I’m very disappointed this is not the case. Update #2: the customer service team reached out to me immediately following my last update to get a replacement comforter sent out. For whatever reason the post office ended up sending it back to them, and they again shipped a [second] replacement right away. I do truly love this comforter so I’m thrilled this was resolved, and I’m so impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great comforter with 20% down and 80% feathers. Most “down comforters” that come up in Amazon are only 10% down, for this price range this is a great ratio of down(the good stuff) it has a little bit of a crinkle sound but I love that because it reminds me of the great authentic down comforters. Good amount of warmth for an all seasons comforter, light enough that you won’t overheat (I sleep with AC on in summer and a comforter). Nice heavy comforter for a great price. Thick cotton cover too. In reading the label I was sorry to read that this DOWN comforter has only 20% Down! That made it not such a great buy - for mainly Feathers. Thei product description goes on & on about the fine Polish Down & how its processed. Really not a mention of the 80% Feather content. Very happy with my comforter. I ordered the winter comforter because I already have a summer one. It is perfect. No smell and it has those big puffy cloud pockets that make the bed feel and look like a cloud. It is very warm and heavy so it is definitely for winter only. It comes well packed and it needs to lay flat on the bed for a few hours so it can puff up to its full size. I saw one similar in specs during Black Friday at a brick and mortar store for about $15.00 less but still happy with my purchase. I would buy it again. ... show more

I feel so cheated by this product. I had really high hopes for this blanket, however when it came, as I unboxed it, I realized the plastic in which it was placed was ripped, The comforter smelt horrible, as if it had been used, almost had a dried sweat smell. The comforter looks almost yellow while the picture shows white. It definitely did not feel clean and also it looked as though the cloth was worn. There is a small blood stain on the side as well so I am just throwing it in the corner. ... show more

I bought this to use inside of a newly purchased duvet cover, and I have never owned either. I've always had "comforters" that were poly-filled or really, who knows what they put inside those things? I have had this for exactly one week and this thing right here is AHHHmazing. I love it so much I may marry it, lol. It fits perfectly inside the new duvet and the corner straps on this for the duvet ties keep it in place with zero shifting. The new duvet is queen, as is this and it fills out edge to edge. Some reviews have spoke of a noise, and some seem to be strangely bothered by it...truly people, it AIN'T that serious. Personally I LOVE that snappy, crinklish, crispiness! It isn't like the sound level equates to front row at a Metallica concert, it's rather faint but just enough to know it's there. As for feel, the "noise" gets drowned out by the comfort. It's weight (I have the winter version) and warmth are tremendous! It's the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the yo diggity, the bomb dot com. Here in NC our weather tends to change sometimes twice in a day and so far this has been cool when it's mild/warmer and cozy when it's cold outside- like last night with a dip to 27°. When it arrived it was exactly as stated, vac sealed for storage/shipping. Soon as you cut open the packaging, it begins to fluff. For optimal poofiness, do as instructions say and shake it out and lay it flat for a few hours so it can come to cotton candy life. After doing this I also put in dryer on a NO heat, air fluff for 30mins = heeeaaaavvven! Heat applied to this blows over about as well as a fart in church so I do not recommend that, like EVER. The cotton outershell of this feels great, but inside of a duvet it's really a non-factor...I suppose if you were using this piece solo and are a fan of cotton you'd be extremely happy with it. It seems to be constructed rather well and with proper care I'm convinced it will long outlive it's price. For the overall quality and value, I really don't see where one can go wrong with this purchase. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision and I'm sure I will be sleeping like a starfish from here on out. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. A few things. Yes, it makes some sound, but I still absolutely love this duvet insert. It’s not as white as my cover, but that’s doesn’t matter since it stays inside. I recommend getting a cover for it. Yes, it’s not 100% down, but I have never seen that anyways. It’s not flat. I only fluffed it in the dryer for an hour and it’s got some major fluff. My pictures do not do the fluff any justice. It’s got some squish to it and super fluffy and airy. I got the “winter” one with the most fluff. I searched all of Amazon and this one was the most filled. I love it and recommend this insert! It’s like I’m sleeping in a clean crisp cloud! ... show more
