It's a good balance bike and my 3 year old toddler is starting to like it. The EVA polymer tires are hard and stiff, so the ride is much more firm than a rubber bike tire and don't provide the same traction. Both the seat and the handle bar are adjustable so the bike can be used by shorter and taller children. However, the clamp system for fixing the seat and handle bars is a bad design. Basically you just tighten the screw with the provided allen wrench as much as possible so the two metal bars can't move. It's not exactly "quick" as advertised and over repeated tightening and un-tightenings, the clamp is going to start to fail. But overall, I think children will move on to a real bike quickly so this balance bike will only be used for a short term. ... show more

Had this bike for over a year now. The quality is pretty good overall but the handle bars and seat move around and come loose frequently, even with firm tightening. Also, bike is quite heavy, not ideal for a 2 or 3 year old to use because it is hard for them to hold up.

I obtained this balance bike to try and teach my 4-year old daughter to learn to ride a bike without the use of training wheels. The balance bike arrived in the manufacturer's box, which was not the most sturdy box and look worse for the wear, but thankfully everything inside was fine. Assembly took me about 20 minutes and was straightforward. Nothing too tricky. The bike is sturdy yet lightweight thanks to the carbon steel frame. The seat and handle bar are both adjustable so that you can find the right height for your kid. The tires are EVA foam, so no need to worry about filling them with air. All in all, the quality of the bike is pretty great for the cost. My daughter took to the bike pretty naturally. At first, she sat and just casually walked the bike. As she got more comfortable, she would occasionally push off and try to balance a bit before putting her feet down and walking the bike. It wasn't long until she was pushing off and balancing for longer distances at a time. At this rate, our hope is that she will be ready to try riding a regular bike by the summer, totally skipping past the training wheels. Overall, we are very satisfied with this balance bike. Everything about it feels very sturdy and premium, and it has helped my daughter tremendously with feeling comfortable on a bike. ... show more
