Remarkable customer service: My umbrella arrived with a small crack in the handle probably due to rough handling during shipping. This umbrella is well-made, sturdy and most importantly, large enough to comfortably cover and protect two people. I generally like collapsible umbrellas that I can carry in my bag or backpack. However, from time to time, there are two of us. The smaller umbrellas are completely useless for two; neither one of us is adequately protected from the rain and if it's windy, it becomes useless! While this umbrella does not break down enough to fit into a bag or backpack, the cover comes with a nice strap for you to carry on your shoulder. The well designed umbrella and cover come together providing excellent protection for two. It also withstands a fair amount of wind.
