First of all, as a mattress, this thing is pretty incredible. It is super thick and comfortable. We did let it puff up for about 3 days before using it which probably helped. I’m very happy with it and glad we got it. However, the color is a BRIGHT teal. It is nowhere near the nice muted teal pictured. But was I going to try to return this huge mattress? No. Since the futon is in our basement, I don’t care a whole lot, but if I’d had my heart set on the color matching, I would have been very disappointed. I wanted to see if this furniture would hold up well before l posted a review. I have had this futon now for several months, and l still like it. The fabric is sturdy and still looks great. I do not like this futon at all. It is slightly lumpy and does shape into a seat well. It’s made with foam pieces which are not effective. My guests have shared that it also doesn’t sleep comfortably.

Received futon on 1/30/25 and was very happy with the purchase as the futon was comfortable and fit well. On or about 3/20/25 I noticed that the thread for one of the tucks had broken leaving 2 small holes in mattress. As this was out of the 30 day return window I went to their website and left a message for customer support. It stated you would get a reply within 24-48 hours. No reply. On 4/9/25 I called and spoke with customer service. They stated that they had no record of my message I left. They asked if I would accept a cover to compensate for the issue. I did agree to the cover and the representative stated that she would also check into what happened to my original message. It has been 19 days and I have received no cover or call back. The futon had only been lightly used when I discovered the issue. I spent $223 on a futon mattress that in less than 60 days has an appearance flaw that I have to live with or buy a cover to hide their quality issue. I’m sure this is probably not the norm, but I would not buy again. ... show more
