You certainly get your bang for your buck with this mattress. My futon is one of those nicer wooden futons, and this mattress fit perfectly on it. It's the same color as my old one, but the futon is a little bit less thick. I notice that this mattress is lighter than my old one, and as a result it sometimes slides a little off the futon while I have it folded down in the "bed" state. But the lightweight aspect also makes it way easier to fold my futon up into the couch mode, which I'm really happy about. It's also an easy mattress to clean/vacuum. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that needs a replacement for their futon. :3 ... show more

Once again, you cannot have loyalty to a brand because the quality goes way, way down. I bought this same futon mattress in 2019, when I believe it was owned by a different company, and it was a very thick, supportive, comfortable futon mattress. Unfortunately my cat wrecked it and I needed to buy another. This one is maybe a third of the thickness, and not at all firm. I am extremely disappointed and it will be difficult to return. This is not worth the price it's foam stop providing good support in 1 week. I got so when my mom came down she would have a good place to sleep. The foam is uneven one side is packed tight gets to 6 inches but the other never has gone beyond 3.

Product is comfortable thick and exactly the size requested. Packaging could be more environmentally friendly but given the size of the mattress a little plastic for a smaller box could be the best they could do. I had a small issue with the mattress, it ended up getting delivered to the wrong place (thanks fed ex) I contacted the seller and within 24 hours they were ready to send a replacement for no additional cost. Luckily the person who received my package delivered it to me and I didn't have to go looking but still very professional of the seller to offer to send out a replacement so quickly (it would have been shipped Monday and today is Sunday) Overall 2 people in my family now have this mattress and are all very happy with the product. I've had mine sitting unused for a couple weeks. I roll on it every day to help introduce air into it to help it expand. (Old memory foam trick). It took it that long to expand to it's full thickness. I like the tufting look of it and adds a little style, instead of plain flat. My frame has slats and when sitting or laying on the mattress, I can just feel the slats. So I would suggest going with at least an 8in with this mattress. I think I'll either need to add slats or get a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Or both. Regardless, I do like this mattress. ... show more
