This dryer stopped working 8 weeks after purchase and A-z Guarantee made decision yesterday to deny my claim because the agent that filed claim FAILED TO SUBMIT the details I gave her on my description. Both washer and dryer work perfectly in a very small space that formally had a large washer there. Just the right size for my small cottage. My kitchen sink would not have been able to attach the hoses as it is a spray handle type but i biught regular washing machine hoses and it was easy hookup to my water source right at water tank and I already had drainage pipe there from old washer. Clothes are clean and dryer stsic free. Very quiet units.
