I love my little washing machine. Great for small loads. It does a good job cleaning ( powerful adjutater ). I take mine out on my carport on nice days- fill with water hose, wash & hang them up. Wasn't expecting it to clean as good as it does. The only thing I don't like is the spin side is smaller than the washing tub. They should be the same size.

Company rovsun is the biggest joke. I emailed asking “permission” to return this item and they sent me troubleshooting videos trying to force their product on me. I finally got snappy and they said they would refund it when they received it, they received it and took weeks to refund my money. Not professional at all. I do not recommend, the spinner knocks so hard with only 1 item in there

I had been wanting to order this washer for a long time but couldn't bring myself to do it because in my home I have a relatively new and large capacity washing machine. What convinced me to finally take the jump and purchase this washing machine was the fact that my son's school requires them to wear uniforms. For me, it is much easier to grab his uniforms and throw them in the small machine than it is for me to throw them in the large capacity one I have. It saves water to use this machine on my smaller loads, like uniforms, bras, delicate items etc. When I use the machine I move it to my tub. I place the washing machine in the tub perched on a very sturdy 4-legged metal table. That way when the water is draining from the cycles I can just let the drain tube hang down and it doesn't require me to do any extra work. Gravity just takes the water out of the machine via the tube and into the tub, and to the drain. I can see where this machine would be amazing for a (smaller) family who doesn't have a large washing machine, and also good for those who can't afford to go to the laundry mat all the time. It would take them a bit longer to do all their laundry but in the end it would save them money. This machine would also be great for RV's.

Son rather come home to wash instead of using this. I reclaimed the washer. Use in my master bathroom. Enjoying the convenience of portability. Performs as well as a regular size washer does. Washed an entire plus size outfit(including jeans). Another load of 4-5 T-shirts and socks, etc. Very pleased with purchase. Well worth the money.
