The media could not be loaded. Ok this thing is just like a regular washer, but its just smaller. It holds a little over half a load of a normal washer. It works SO good too. Seriously impressed. Its bigger than I thought! I had one of those twin tub ones, and this one holds like 4x that amount. I can wash a huge beach towel, 2 pairs of jeans, a sweat shirt, and about 5 shirts in 1 load! The "heavy" setting also does a double rinse. Its awesome. Get this. You'll be happy.

The product arrived defective. The pulsator in the washer does not work…that’s the whole point of the machine…there was also a crack in it…to return it you would have to pack it up and take it to a location…I prefer in store shopping for this reason…but no one carries them in store 🤡

I really love this machine. I don’t have to do anything. It’s very easy to use plus it has child lock on it. Also it beeps when it’s done also I can spin my clothes out without having to take them out. It’s honestly the best choice I’ve ever made on a washer/ spinner I will never go back on the duos where you have to transfer your clothes to the spinner and it’s very roomy so you can fit a lot of clothes in it as well.

So far, I am delighted with the simplicity and effective performance of this product. The only thing that got the rating dinged by one star, is that the 2-piece lid had a broken pin on the far right side. There was no evidence of damage to the box, or any other reason to think it was handled roughly. Please know that this machine has only one water inlet, be it hot, cold, or a blend of the two. I do all my laundry in cold, so this is normal, for me.

I’ve been wanting this washer since seeing it on TickTock Tock. It was cheaper here on Amazon & I wasted no time ordering it! I literally just got it! I ordered it Tuesday & got it today on Thursday! The only lil issue I’m having cause I did put sum sheets and a couple shirts in the wash, I’m smelling a lite rubber burning smell. Otherwise it’s working great!
