My favorite purchase from Amazon so far! Besides no more trips to the laundromat , I now hang my clothes to dry, it works just like a quality full sized washer. It holds up to a medium sized load of laundry and it really does come out clean. It runs very quietly and has several easy to set modes including a child safety alarm that goes off and shuts off the machine if opened during the wash cycle. I got a mini refrigerator stand on wheels that I adjusted to size for easy movement around my tiny home with it. It has an air dry setting that works well, but I choose not to use it because I don't want to overuse it and eventually have to replace parts. This is really a well made washer that I would recommend to anyone. It was easy to hook up and comes with all necessary parts, faucet attachment, water hose, and drain hose. I chose to keep the adaptor on the sink so that I can just roll it in and attach the quick click hose adaptor. It has 5 water levels, I generally use the number 4 level. Be aware that the drain hose will hold around a cup of water after using. I put the end of the hose into an empty gallon water jug placed sideways on the floor and lift the hose close to the machine a few times to empty it. The water hose also holds a little water that I also drain into the water jug. I wipe up the few drips left when moving it back into storage. I’ve had this washer for a few days now, I’ve done two loads and it worked really well and got the clothes nice and clean. The unit seems durable and is easy to use. Very minimal noise and no leakage. Spins and washes clothes like a regular washing machine. A couple things I was wondering about before purchasing was how much water does this use and it’s anywhere from 20-30 gallons depending on the function/water level you select. Also, If you can’t connect it to your faucet or shower you can fill it manually and select “wash” until you can get an adapter to connect it properly. I got the 17.8 but wish I would’ve got the 25 if I’m being honest but overall Im very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Update: i’ve now been using this for three months! For a three person household, who one person works as a mechanic the other one does construction work and then I just do a lot of physical work myself this machine has held up. It’s been able to wash grease stains get everything out in a timely manner I again don’t understand why people are complaining. This works really well with super greasy clothes. I am having to wash it maybe one extra time on the deep soak cycle other than that it’s been fine. I like the air dry feature. I think eventually I will purchase the dryer, but I don’t know so far we’ve been air drying everything and it’s winter where I live so it’s fine. I don’t have complaints honestly again. I don’t understand why people are saying everything is leaking or it’s breaking as long as you follow the installation guide it’s fine. The only thing I had to do was get a different attachment for my hose as it didn’t fit around my faucet that was the only thing extra had to do. We are doing laundry maybe 3 to 2 times a week. It really depends on the week. Haven’t had any complaints. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is bedsheets. i’ve done towels, clothes, fitted sheets, and pillowcases and smaller blankets, but I haven’t done comforters yet and really the machine hasn’t struggled only the one time when I overloaded it which it kept throwing itself off balance and turning itself off, which is normal, so I did take some stuff out and it was fine after that. I don’t know why everyone says this leak so far I’m about 10 minutes into my first wash and it’s fine. It’s washing my towels. I have it hooked up. It’s not leaking and it’s pretty self-explanatory. I mean the guide for the manual is a little confusing, but I looked up a couple online guides and they were a little bit more clearer. The machine seems fine. I don’t know why people said there’s came used. Mine did not the only thing I found annoying was little plastic bits around the handle I had to take an exact knife to get off, but that was about it. Machine works so far so good. I did have to get a different adapter for my sink, but it’s just I think it’s because I have an older sink head but that was a five dollar part so so far so good and I have the bigger machine and I don’t have the wheels for it yet but when I get the little wheel thing, it’ll be easier to move.There’s no leak and it’s not too heavy to move without wheels. although I feel like I could’ve put more towels in the first load, I just want to test it out and not have a bunch of soaking my clothes so it seems like it has a very big capability. It doesn’t have an agitator but the way it’s washing the clothes it’s getting pretty much all of them. I really wanna see how the air dry feature works on this as I don’t really wanna have to buy a portable dryer, but we’ll see and I will update. ... show more

    • SO many things wrong

This washer is one of my all-time worst big purchases. Following is a list of why I'm so angry for taking all of the "good" reviews into consideration when it came to deciding which machine to choose: • It's advertised as having a 17.8lb capacity yet the drum is half the size of my previous 15lb capacity machine. The most important thing for me was being able to fit my blankets and dog and cats' beds in, which I could easily do with my previous machine. My main reason for buying this one was I thought I'd have a little more room for an even bigger load but I can't fit half of what I used to get into my other machine (which conked out and is no longer made or I'd have bought another of the same one). I'm especially upset about this because I'm not someone who can easily drag the larger items to a launderette somewhere and now I'm stuck with this thing that doesn't serve its purpose. • The control panel is confusing and it took a lot of playing around with it till I figured out that you have to push buttons several times to set it to the cycle you want and that if you want a "preset" cycle (standard, jeans, normal, etc) you have to set the water level first every time (it stays on "4") and then hold the cycle button down for a few seconds till the letters that correspond to each cycle come up (aa,bb,cc,etc), then you have to keep pushing the button till you get to the one you want. The instruction manual is useless and doesn't mention holding the button down. I found out by accident. • Again - the instruction manual is useless. It's vague, illiterate, offers very little information, and to make things more confusing, shows instructions for a control panel not belonging to this particular machine. • The cycles are too short. None of them wash long enough and the final rinse is only 4 minutes. Normal and Standard are exactly the same, and Air dry does nothing but spin for an hour and the clothes come out the same as if they had just gone through a regular spin cycle. • Hoses are flimsy and too short. • Clothes become terribly knotted and I have to hang around and pause the machine every few minutes to untangle them otherwise they become so badly tangled I have difficulty pulling them apart, especially if washing jeans with a long sleeve shirt or two or a twin sheet with anything. So - the capacity in the description is untruthful - the only way this machine could take 17.8lbs of laundry is if the 2 pairs of jeans and 1 t-shirt that actually fits were made of cement! The whole way the machine functions is inadequate and to top it all, the AI Bot at the bottom of the page gave me inaccurate information when I asked where the location of the drain hose was. I need a machine that ideally has the drain hose on the right side or if not, in the back so that the hose can be routed to the right. I couldn't tell where the hose was by the pictures so I asked "Alexa". The answer I got was that the hose was in the back. When I got the machine, I found that it's actually on the left, so now I have to position the machine backwards so it can drain (with its very short hose) into my sink, which is to the right, and is awkward and inconvenient. I wouldn't have bought this machine for that reason alone had I gotten the correct information. ... show more

I just cannot rave enough about how happy I am with this washer. Let's see what I can tell you: *It gets the clothes very clean, with not much cleaners *It is SUPER quiet! *It is light and easy to move *It came with two adapters *It is really easy to hook up *It wrings out so much of the water that it takes no time for stuff to dry *It washes a surprising amount of clothes at one time (at least 12 or 13 pounds, if not more) *It is perfect for my tiny senior apartment Honestly, I just love it. I do not have to go to the Laundromat anymore, thank God, unless I have to wash pillows or a big quilt. Worth every single penny I spent on it, and then some! ... show more

About 5 days: Incredibly easy to unbox and set up. The included hoses work well off a faucet and into a tub but they are short. $30 at the hardware store lets me run warm water and position the unit more conveniently. See pictures for what I used to make the connection. No leaks, easy to clean the filters. Washes well. I do run a 2nd rinse and spin cycle to get ALL the detergent out. (A setting I got used to on a $1000+ LG machine that is easy to duplicate on this machine). Very very happy so far! Did not need to cut the box. This washing machine is a god sent. It washes things so good and it's really easy to use as well... It works just like your standard washing machine just shrunken lol I have washed bedding, thick heavy towels etc and they all come out super clean and fresh. One of my favorite features is that it does 3 cycles a wash and 2 rinse cycles it doesn't take extra time for the extra cycle for example a regular normal wash is 37 minutes broken down into wash and 2 rinse. I definitely recommend getting this lil washer. It would be great for a dorm room a camper or like my situation in an apartment!! ... show more
