I've had this washer for about two months now, and I absolutely love it. We are a family of four (two adults and two children), and I was very hesitant to buy a portable washer because I didn't think a smaller machine would be able to keep up with our laundry needs. I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased the size just below the largest model, and it handles much more laundry than I expected. I've been able to comfortably wash queen-size sheets and smaller blankets without any issues. I haven't tried a large comforter, and I don't think one would fit, but for everyday laundry, sheets, towels, and blankets, it has been fantastic. The washer is also fairly quiet, which is a huge plus. It cleans well and has kept up with our family's laundry without any problems. A few tips for future buyers: • I highly recommend purchasing a hose extension. The included hose barely reached my sink, and I had almost no wiggle room. • Depending on your faucet, you may need to use the included adapter or purchase a different adapter from Amazon. • The water needs to remain on throughout the wash cycle. I leave mine on until the final spin cycle, then turn it off. • When disconnecting the hose, be careful of built-up water pressure. I personally run the washer briefly with the faucet turned off before disconnecting to relieve any remaining pressure. • A rolling platform or appliance dolly is worth buying if you'll be moving the washer around frequently. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations. It handles laundry for a family of four far better than I expected from a portable unit, and I would absolutely buy it again. ... show more

This washing machine is a god sent. It washes things so good and it's really easy to use as well... It works just like your standard washing machine just shrunken lol I have washed bedding, thick heavy towels etc and they all come out super clean and fresh. One of my favorite features is that it does 3 cycles a wash and 2 rinse cycles it doesn't take extra time for the extra cycle for example a regular normal wash is 37 minutes broken down into wash and 2 rinse. I definitely recommend getting this lil washer. It would be great for a dorm room a camper or like my situation in an apartment!! ... show more

How much do I really enjoy this washer? 1. It fits in my small apartment. 2. I can move it myself (I'm sort of totally weak). 3. It handles a good amount of clothing. 4. Amazing! Just like a regular washer, but with a smaller footprint. Just make sure you have the drain hose secured, or when it goes to drain, the pressure of the water coming out will move the hose and cause water to go where it shouldn’t. I do get water coming out from under it that I can’t figure out where it’s coming from (and saw another review also mentioning it, but in my case there is also the potential it’s actually another issue - will update once I can confirm or deny if they’re related or not). I got a mat to go under it, and that helped a little, so I’m still working on the solution to that (and will update as I go). I was able to carry it up into my camper by myself - 4 high and narrow steps - and I’m pretty small. Without water in it, it is easy to move around (minding the fill and drain hoses). I would buy this again (but hoping it lasts so I don’t need to!) ... show more

Update: i’ve now been using this for three months! For a three person household, who one person works as a mechanic the other one does construction work and then I just do a lot of physical work myself this machine has held up. It’s been able to wash grease stains get everything out in a timely manner I again don’t understand why people are complaining. This works really well with super greasy clothes. I am having to wash it maybe one extra time on the deep soak cycle other than that it’s been fine. I like the air dry feature. I think eventually I will purchase the dryer, but I don’t know so far we’ve been air drying everything and it’s winter where I live so it’s fine. I don’t have complaints honestly again. I don’t understand why people are saying everything is leaking or it’s breaking as long as you follow the installation guide it’s fine. The only thing I had to do was get a different attachment for my hose as it didn’t fit around my faucet that was the only thing extra had to do. We are doing laundry maybe 3 to 2 times a week. It really depends on the week. Haven’t had any complaints. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is bedsheets. i’ve done towels, clothes, fitted sheets, and pillowcases and smaller blankets, but I haven’t done comforters yet and really the machine hasn’t struggled only the one time when I overloaded it which it kept throwing itself off balance and turning itself off, which is normal, so I did take some stuff out and it was fine after that. I don’t know why everyone says this leak so far I’m about 10 minutes into my first wash and it’s fine. It’s washing my towels. I have it hooked up. It’s not leaking and it’s pretty self-explanatory. I mean the guide for the manual is a little confusing, but I looked up a couple online guides and they were a little bit more clearer. The machine seems fine. I don’t know why people said there’s came used. Mine did not the only thing I found annoying was little plastic bits around the handle I had to take an exact knife to get off, but that was about it. Machine works so far so good. I did have to get a different adapter for my sink, but it’s just I think it’s because I have an older sink head but that was a five dollar part so so far so good and I have the bigger machine and I don’t have the wheels for it yet but when I get the little wheel thing, it’ll be easier to move.There’s no leak and it’s not too heavy to move without wheels. although I feel like I could’ve put more towels in the first load, I just want to test it out and not have a bunch of soaking my clothes so it seems like it has a very big capability. It doesn’t have an agitator but the way it’s washing the clothes it’s getting pretty much all of them. I really wanna see how the air dry feature works on this as I don’t really wanna have to buy a portable dryer, but we’ll see and I will update. ... show more

    • Apt with no hookups! Must buy!

Does the job. Got this due to living in an apt with no hookups. Let me tell you this is a time and money saver! I suggest buying another steel hose longer so you can move it around if you want. Also, the piece that comes in for the sink keep the hose if you’re not gonna buy another metal one, yake the screw adapter thing toss it in the trash, go to your nearest hardware store and ask for a dishwasher sink valve snap on. Helped with water shooting everywhere other then that this thing is a little champion. Gets good size loads done. If you keep up on laundry won’t have to do ask much just do little loads at a time. Tub cleaning is important. Works well for the convenience and price. Did tear holes in a couple tops. I would recommend getting a protective seal up laundry bag to put tops and other delicates in.
