I really love this machine. I don’t have to do anything. It’s very easy to use plus it has child lock on it. Also it beeps when it’s done also I can spin my clothes out without having to take them out. It’s honestly the best choice I’ve ever made on a washer/ spinner I will never go back on the duos where you have to transfer your clothes to the spinner and it’s very roomy so you can fit a lot of clothes in it as well.

Got it a month ago. So far so good once you get the hang of how to use it. For sure read the instructions. It cleans and drains the clothes pretty good. You can’t wash a big comforter in it but can wash blankets/sheets/clothes/towels just fine. It is not loud. I’m happy I took a chance with it.

So far so good. A few things to note, delivery was good it was packaged nicely but since the drum moves around so styrofoam was stuck underneath it I took it out but would be better if 2 people work together to remove, pay attn to that. The manual states detergent/softener dispenser...nope doesn't exist. Not a big deal for me because I just throw it in anyway. It does have 2 lint traps which is nice. Fits a good amt of clothes. Water level 5 kinda splashes ever so slightly above the tub so I keep it at 4 for large loads because I'm paranoid as there's nothing to prevent the splash from spilling into the mechanical parts. Washes, rinses and spins well. Plays a little musical tune when its done. Make sure you attach the inlet hose correctly or when you turn on the water it'll fly off like a rocket splashing water everywhere 🤣. Also when you are done and ready to remove the inlet hose, be prepared with a dish towel around it to catch a little spillage. Took a start off because of the lack of dispenser and also the drain hose is shorter than I like. Side note: I purchased a dolly because it's heavy and there's no wheels on this guy.

The media could not be loaded. I spent too much money on this machine. I just got it and the bottom is leaking already! I literally just threw a bucket of water in there and the bottom is leaking a lot. I don’t have time to troubleshoot it wait for replacement. Returning this asap!
