First, let me say this came two days after I order it, I was expecting it a week later than it arrived. This machine is as big as a commercial washer yet it's really lightweight and easy to move. This Machine is almost 3 times bigger than the last portable washer I had. The washer has five different water levels , 4 and 5 are probably the ones that would be used the most. I've had it for three days and the first day I washed all of my laundry, that's how big the washer is. It does not look like a little portable washer. This thing looks like something out of a laundromat. It's a big washing machine.. Spin cycle is phenomenal very commercial like the wash cycles are powerful and quick. It's really just a good washer. I read the reviews before I bought this, and I have to admit I was a little skeptical because some of the videos I watched show this washer leaking, arriving broken and some of them just not working, however, the majority of the reviews said the washing machine was fantastic and I have to agree, it has been beyond fantastic. I would encourage anybody who is looking for a legit portable washer to get the 25 pound version of this machine you won't be sorry.

I wish I could give this a 100/10.. this is the best purchase I’ve made so far! This washer has made my life so much easier, it’s simple and easy to use! The weight of the washer is light so I can easily pick it up and move it but it would be even easier with a dolly underneath (soon to come). It has three prongs so it’s super convenient to just plug it into my normal socket. It fits a lot of clothes for it’s size AND gets them clean ! The dryer air dries the clothes to where you only have to hang them up for a few hours and they’re dry. Money well spent ! Definitely recommend.

I love the experience it is no noisy at all it has no water falling out i have the 25LB and it’s amazing for heavy clothes but try to not force it just in case is not to heavy so you can move it easily the prince is worthy and if you add a little bit of more time you can have your clothes almost dry is two in one great the only thing is that I haven’t found a way to dry by it self i had to put on dry mode my self after it wash but it works really good.

Washing machine works great. The water hose connection to the faucet is worthless, the direction are not clear, plan on modifying the connection for your needs, I had to cut the end off and use my own adapter. Once you figure out how to use the machine there is not a program that lets you do a wash cycle that includes the dry spin, that has to be set after the wash cycle you choose is finished. We bought the cheaper machine which does not have a soap fabric conditioner and bleach dispenser which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the machine works as intended. Shipping got it to us a day before it was scheduled to be here, Packaging was good.

My 17lb portable washer that I had for 4 years stopped working the other day, but I can't complain because I sure did get my monies worth out of it lol Got this one today and I am impressed. I wanted something a little bit bigger so I went with the 25lb. This thing holds nearly double what the other one did. My last one I had to buy a different inlet hose and an adaptor to hook to my faucet. Also had to get a longer drain hose. This one hooked right up to my kitchen sink and the drain hose is pretty long so no modifications were needed. Spin cycle is fast! Clothes came out pretty dry so didn't need much time in the dryer. Quiet and lightweight. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 125lbs and I was able to carry this into the house, unpack it and set it up by myself. Does an amazing job and I love all of the extra settings. Would definitely buy again, highly recommended.

Works really good, drys it really well enough to air dry and it holds a lot of clothes. I have the 25 Ib. ONLY problem is that it don’t fit most sinks so I had to go to temu and find an adapter because stores around didn’t carry them.

Intake water hose does not fit on kitchen faucet or bathroom faucet looks like it was made for a old time basement sink that no one has anymore and would need to put on permanently i was lucky and had not thrown my old washer away yet so I used that hose but the intake valve on the washer had a piece inside it that made the hose not screw down all the way and water leaked I pulled out the piece not knowing what it was for but the hose screwed down all the way and it worked do not buy You should not have to buy a product then have to buy something to make it work
