Update: i’ve now been using this for three months! For a three person household, who one person works as a mechanic the other one does construction work and then I just do a lot of physical work myself this machine has held up. It’s been able to wash grease stains get everything out in a timely manner I again don’t understand why people are complaining. This works really well with super greasy clothes. I am having to wash it maybe one extra time on the deep soak cycle other than that it’s been fine. I like the air dry feature. I think eventually I will purchase the dryer, but I don’t know so far we’ve been air drying everything and it’s winter where I live so it’s fine. I don’t have complaints honestly again. I don’t understand why people are saying everything is leaking or it’s breaking as long as you follow the installation guide it’s fine. The only thing I had to do was get a different attachment for my hose as it didn’t fit around my faucet that was the only thing extra had to do. We are doing laundry maybe 3 to 2 times a week. It really depends on the week. Haven’t had any complaints. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is bedsheets. i’ve done towels, clothes, fitted sheets, and pillowcases and smaller blankets, but I haven’t done comforters yet and really the machine hasn’t struggled only the one time when I overloaded it which it kept throwing itself off balance and turning itself off, which is normal, so I did take some stuff out and it was fine after that. I don’t know why everyone says this leak so far I’m about 10 minutes into my first wash and it’s fine. It’s washing my towels. I have it hooked up. It’s not leaking and it’s pretty self-explanatory. I mean the guide for the manual is a little confusing, but I looked up a couple online guides and they were a little bit more clearer. The machine seems fine. I don’t know why people said there’s came used. Mine did not the only thing I found annoying was little plastic bits around the handle I had to take an exact knife to get off, but that was about it. Machine works so far so good. I did have to get a different adapter for my sink, but it’s just I think it’s because I have an older sink head but that was a five dollar part so so far so good and I have the bigger machine and I don’t have the wheels for it yet but when I get the little wheel thing, it’ll be easier to move.There’s no leak and it’s not too heavy to move without wheels. although I feel like I could’ve put more towels in the first load, I just want to test it out and not have a bunch of soaking my clothes so it seems like it has a very big capability. It doesn’t have an agitator but the way it’s washing the clothes it’s getting pretty much all of them. I really wanna see how the air dry feature works on this as I don’t really wanna have to buy a portable dryer, but we’ll see and I will update. ... show more

So far so good. Until was delivered 1 day early, which is always nice. Putting the washer together was simpler than I expected, the panel was a little confusing. If You want to do a quick load you need to press and hold the water level/program and DD code will pop up. Id recommend doing a tube clean before adding clothes. Hooking every thing worked great. I had to rob from my other washer. Im using in my garage. Id recommend also a on/off valve so the water pressure doesn't ruin anything. The unit running is quite. This is a washer that holds 17 lbs dry weight clothes. NOT like your normal washer. The only leaks ive experience is the 2 hoses I joined together. The hose to release the water is little short for my use. This unit was $229 i also used 75.00 in a gift card. $170 my final price. So far ao good. Good value for my $$$ until I can afford a full size one ... show more

This washing machine is a god sent. It washes things so good and it's really easy to use as well... It works just like your standard washing machine just shrunken lol I have washed bedding, thick heavy towels etc and they all come out super clean and fresh. One of my favorite features is that it does 3 cycles a wash and 2 rinse cycles it doesn't take extra time for the extra cycle for example a regular normal wash is 37 minutes broken down into wash and 2 rinse. I definitely recommend getting this lil washer. It would be great for a dorm room a camper or like my situation in an apartment!! ... show more

It’s a great apartment washer. Great tub size, love that it’s automatic I just set it and walk away the quick wash setting and water level 3 is my favorite so far. Wish the drain hose was a bit longer but that’s about it!

Oh, what a godsend! I hate that it took me so long to purchase this but I got burned on another appliance through Amazon that made me leery. I will come back to update if something happens but I just got it yesterday and set it up and had first use today. I am still waiting on my mobile roller to sit it on to make moving it much easier for me. It went well. I did keep an eye on it to make sure there weren't any problems...connections good, no leaks, everything reached where it should (drain hose, faucet connection, electrical cord/plug. The instructions lack but I have never found foreign instructions great. I purchased the smaller 17.8 lb tub which does a nice load for me to handle in my small condo. I will have to use the laundry room for bedspreads and blankets but everything else can now be done at home. I am now 67 with arthritis and one TKR and having to lug a ton of laundry back and forth sucked...to say nothing of the rising cost and constant need for quarters! This wonderful washing machine is a blessing and my sincere wish is that it will last for years. Also, it's very quiet...that is a bonus! I did by a drain hose extension but don't need it. So, here's to a good long relationship with this washing machine. Fingers crossed. I deducted a star because the hose adapter etc. to my sink has continually caused issues with not correctly hooking up without leaking...the first time I used it it only took three tries...each use after that has been a royal problem and no, I am not doing things differently, I also view videos etc. to make certain...but it is a big effort and irritation. So I docked a star. Now, as for cleaning...it does a great job as long as I get the hose hooked right. No, I cannot leave it attached it is my kitchen sink. ... show more
