The user manual is poorly written and there are no video instructions on how to troubleshoot problems or how to program the machine. I looked up serval user manuals online an each time it was a manual with a different control panel. When I finally got it to work it would spin wash for 2 minutes and stop. I unplugged it serval times. I tried to just send it to the spin cycle. You can't possibly wash and dry your clothes and where it the same day because it took me a half a day to try to use the washing machine and the holder for the hose to the sink is very janky. I wanted to get a machine while my 3-year old is still potty training this was a waste of money, time, energy. I am only giving this a 1 because I can't give it a zero. My advice if you can't physically see a video on how to use, or have saw it in a store to ask questions do not buy big box items with $80 shipping fees that you have to send back.

I see mixed reviews mine came in today the washer worked as intended and worked pretty well the hook up was easy the dryer came a lil bend on the underside and the belt was off the drum if anybody having issues with the drum not spinning remove the back and put the belt on the big drum and feed it correctly back onto the tensioner pully but so far they both worked and I received both of them at the same time will update if anything happens

Not good the dryer stopped working on me it wouldn’t turn on despite my attempt of un plugging it and plugging it back inn i made sure it wasn’t my power out let and it was the dryer thats faulty

These have been a lifesaver. While they only do about a half normal sized load at a time it's better than going to the laundry mat. My only issue is with the washer hose for the sink. It is an odd size and wouldn't fit on any of my sinks so I had to buy an adapter. It also doesn't have a water reservoir so I have to turn the water on and off during each cycle.
