This cart uses bungee cords to secure the bag. Their hooks are difficult to thread into the cart holes and they snag on everything they come in contact with, including the foam weather stripping on my car, which tore the first time I loaded it in the trunk.

I have been using this cart for a few months now. The cart works very well. Easy to fold/unfold and very sturdy. Note the front wheel is fixed. It does not rotate like other carts. This pull cart sets up and breaks down quickly and easily. The only caveat is the bungees that came on the cart were so stiff I couldn't pull hard enough to secure my bag, but I changed out to longer looser bungees and it's all good. Great pull cart for the price.
