The wood finish is gorgeous—warmer in person than in the photos—and the lower shelf is super handy for storing books, remotes, or even a cozy throw blanket. Assembly was straightforward (took me about 20 minutes solo), and it feels really sturdy. No wobbling, even with my dog bumping into it constantly. The size is just right for my small-ish living room—big enough to hold drinks and snacks but not overwhelming. My only tiny gripe? The edges are slightly sharper than I expected, so if you have little kids, you might want to be careful. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic table for the price. Looks way more expensive than it is! Way heavier and nicer than what I would have expected for what I paid for it. Seems very solid and it’s large. Really love this table. Not super difficult to put together but the bottom support pieces are a little tricky. I did it by myself in less than an hour but NGL, I was sweating! I love this table. I can't believe it is this price. I wanted something mid century that was sturdy and affordable and this hits all of those things. I really recommend this and have already bought the matching side tables. All that to say, it was difficult to put together but I was also doing it by myself and it said you should have two people. The first screws were the hardest and I ended up using a hex bit from my drill and putting it on my ratching screwdriver and that worked easily but it took me a long time to figure that combo out. The Allen wrench provided was quite difficult to turn in the tight space. I also used my drill to screw in the final screws. I honestly don't know how a normal screwdriver would get through. But! It's beautiful and some trouble with putting it together shouldn't stop you from getting this. ... show more

Table was quick and easy for me to put together on my own. It looks fantastic even if it’s not solid wood material, it’s well executed and still looks sturdy. Just don’t sit on it. The extra storage space is great since my living room is small.

This table came and it is exactly as pictured! The walnut color is true to the pictures. Table is a nice, durable wood material. It took my husband about 25 minutes to put together. He did use his drill to screw in some of the final pieces. It looks amazing in our midcentury modern living room.

This coffee table looks more expensive than it is, and the legs are real wood.
