I have never had a toner do so much for my skin. I put it on while my skin is damp after cleansing. I sit near a fan to dry it to a silky finish. I'm over 45 so yes this is a miracle product.

I don’t know if this did anything for my skin other than hydrate it. I didn’t see a dramatic change in hydration or moisture, not much different than applying an occlusive moisturizer over damp skin. It didn’t irritate my skin or anything, but I’d rather just use water over moisturizer instead of spending more money. ... show more
