I just moved to this kit from a smaller leveling kit. I'm really pleased with the quality of the parts. Fairly straight forward install if you know what you're doing. The instructions are kinda terrible but there are lots of resources on YouTube. My truck has a great stance now I'm very happy. The shocks seem to be good quality and I feel like I have a better ride now than before. The front end doesn't dip as much when breaking or turning.     • Buy extended travel front shocks
Due to the design using the full length of the front shock through the spacer an extended travel shock is needed if you intend to off-road or simply travel quickly over a speed bump without bottoming out the front shocks. Install went well and was relatively self explanatory, but took longer than expected as these things do. Directions do help, so does YouTube. It would get 5 stars if extended travel front shocks would have been recommended or included. This would have saved me a couple hundos as I bought the wrong factory length front shocks. ... show more

Ordered this kit and paid a mechanic to install. During the installation (after everything was taken apart), found out that one of the strut spacer had a chunk of metal right by the stud hole. The chunk of metal damaged the stud when installing it😡. Could not install this kit.

I bought this kit for my 2018 4Runner SR5, which lifted it 3" both front and back, it;s NOT a leveling kit. I had my mechanic install it, which he said it was a little hard to install, but once he got the front installed, the back was easy. It's very sturdy and well made, the ride is smooth and stable. I would totally recommend this product as an affordable option which gives your truck a great lift. And keep in mind, this kit is not for performance, its more for looks, i would not trust it offroad. Side note: i took off my side steps and it makes it look even taller, love it :) ... show more

    • Way harder than they make it seem
This took my husband and uncle 7 hours to finish and they are experienced. it is not just for anyone. You also need tons of tools that people don’t have have laying around. I was also unable to use the rear shocks because they do not fit the 4Runner limited. My current shocks have a valve going to them and the new shocks did not so they were useless to me and cannot be returned separately ... show more
