  • WHY CHOOSE RED LIGHT THERAPY? Red light has been used for a variety of reasons, especially in pain, healing, inflammation, dental, hair loss, and skin conditions. It does not involve UV light, is nontoxic, noninvasive, and considered safe for all skin types. RLT at home is an affordable, nonmedical method for improving many conditions that may not respond to conventional treatments alone. It's safe for most people.
  • MORE RESULTFUL ENERGY! Rotsha circular RLT device upgrades to 12 groups of LEDs and each LED group is comprised of 1pc 660nm red light and 2 pcs 850nm near-infrared light. Combining both red and N-IR light in a round shape is the best at evenly getting through tissue. With more energy, certain cells more easily absorb light wavelengths and are stimulated to work.
  • HANDS-FREE WEAR DESIGN- Rotsha FineWell-Go1.0 is inspired by the watch design, not only for more evenly getting through deep skin tissue but also for hands-free in various usage scenarios as 2 pieces of adjustable bands are included for you to flexibly use in various body parts or sizes.
  • MULTIPLE TREATMENT MODES- You can choose to treat with both red light and near-infrared light at the same time, or one of the two only. What's more, an intense pulsed mode is available for people who need ongoing peak-level energy to get quicker results.
  • COVERAGE ALL AGE AUDIENCE- It could be a gift to elders for lessening pain conditions, to men for assisting sports injury rehabilitation or hair loss, to women repairing skin aging and skin damage, to kids for different oral health conditions, to the injured for faster healing, and even to pets like dogs for anti-inflammatory conditions, to name just a few.

  • Noticed pain relief in one use!
Color: Gold
Haven't used this item too many times, but so far the few times I have, it did provide some pain relief. Very lightweight, and be applied to any part of the body.

  • Game Changer
Color: Gold
This device has helped me more than OTC pain relievers. This device should be in every medicine cabinet. I’m going to buy several more.

  • Great for my wrist
I've used all sorts of red light devices, from panels to flashlights to bulbs to belts, but this is my first time using one like this. I have wrist pain, which red light manages really well for me, so most days, my wrist is pain free. I love the idea of this device - I can wear it on my wrist while typing on my laptop or working at my desk. I like that I can hold it, no band, to any part of my body if I need to and I'm not able to use a panel. I like that it beeps when you change modes, and beeps twice when it's turned off/timer runs out. The light is effective and helps with my pain management. Overall, it works great, BUT the device doesn't seem to hold charge for long. I only get maybe 5 uses out of a single charge, and it'll turn on for a minute and then turn off because the battery is too low. My other complaint is that the band isn't elastic, so if I want a good fit to my wrist, I have to adjust it every single time. Not awful, but it would be really nice to have an elastic band or something. I think if it had an elastic wrist band and the charge lasted longer, it would be a full 5 stars. Otherwise, I really like the device and the brand, Rotsha. I've ordered one or two other red light devices from this brand and they've all been good for me. ... show more

  • Effective. Maybe?
I've been using this for a thoracic shoulder issue for about a week and along with some PT exercises I was given I think it's working. Maybe? Hard to say for sure it's just this but I do feel as if I'm healing a little faster because without this it was slow going. With it, things have been hurting a whole lot less It's a little awkward getting it to stay in place despite the strap that comes with it but that's more because of where I'm using it. I love that it's compact, it seems well made and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to target a specific area Vs getting a giant red light panel that weights a bazillion pounds and costs just as much ... show more

  • Nice small size but not flat
I am not sure how big of a difference red light therapy makes, I do not think I can say I have had a major reduction in pain YET. When I wear this I sit still so I do not feel the pain in my elbow but I am also not running around using it, I am resting it. So it is hard to say if there is an immediate relief or not. I know it is supposed to be very good for you and I think that is true. I believe long term use will do something. I like this because the circumference is nice and small (I wanted it for my wrist and elbow) however it is a little puck shaped hard unit rather than the soft bands you typically see for the back. The circle is a good size but it is thick and bulky and doesn't form to you. I wish it was a band instead. Also, do not plan on wrapping the bands around your waist unless you are under 5 yrs old. It comes with three bands you can attach to each other to make them longer and they will work on an arm or leg (most legs) but there is no way you are making it around even a thin waist with only three bands. ... show more

  • Well-built red-light therapy device with different wavelengths.
The media could not be loaded. What you get: 1- Red light therapy device 2- USB Charging cable without adapter 3- Instruction manual 4- Two different size straps Red light device: Note: As far as I know, all the benefits of the red-light therapy are under investigation and not completely proven yet so it may or may not be fully effective. This is a solid and well-built red-light therapy device. The device has a total of 12pcs at 660nm and 24pcs at 850nm. It is great that this device doesn’t need batteries and can be charged with the charger that it comes with. There is just one button on the device which lets you turn on/off the device and change the light mode. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like you can change the intensity so you will have to use pre-defined intensities only. The device is easy to use but having only one button eliminates some of the typical features of these devices such as timer and intensity adjustment. Based on what I have found for these red-light devices, they are generally supposed to be used for less than three minutes at once for a certain period of time but the manual for this one recommends using it for 20 minutes 1-2 times per day for four weeks. Straps: There are two different sizes of straps in the pack that are suitable for your arm and leg so you can have it set up on your skin while doing your daily chores. Cons: My main problem with this device is the high price. The device is well-built for sure and has a high quality. But there are other red-light devices that focus less on having a good visual design and more on having more applications and they are much cheaper than this device. Apart from that, not having a timer that you can easily set up could be considered a negative point for this device as well. Overall, the device is one of the best I have seen but it is very expensive. So, if you are looking for something that looks more professional and the price is not a deal breaker, I would totally recommend this one. ... show more
