Rotary Corp brand aftermarket product. Restore Blades to a Factory Flat Edge using our Preset Blade Guide to maintain the proper angle for the best cut and edge life. By replacing traditional grinding wheels the RBG 712 will reduce your work time while eliminating grinding wheel dust and wheel dressing. The unique design will allow you to grind any length of cutting edge required for both Standard Right-Hand and Reverse Left-Hand Rotation Flat Blades and with the addition of the optional grit collector you can maintain a cleaner and safer shop while sharpening blades. 1/2 H.P 7" Disc Wheel. For Replacement Disc Wheel use our 32-11710.

I immediately tried this and it sharpened with ease and the perfect angle. I had been using a hand held blade sharpener and could never get the right angle.     • Great professional blade sharpener
I own a small property maintenance business. I upgraded from a handheld angle grinder to this machine. It sharpens great. Very powerful and the grinding disc seems to be holding up great half a season in. It's ideally made for straight high lift blades. I mainly use Oregon mulching blades. The curve of the blade takes a little more effort to get a sharp edge but way sharper and even than an angle grinder. Makes changing out blades super easy and it seems like it will extend my blade life as it is easier to get a sharper edge without taking too much material off. ... show more

I looked at many different options of Blade Sharpeners. This one wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive. However it has to be the easiest to use. I used to use a bench grinder and could never achieve the edge or sharpness I wanted. My local Power Equipment store charges $6 to $9 a blade to sharpen. After using this, in no time at all, I had the right angle and super sharpness I desired on 20 of my blades. The grinder will pay for itself in no time. Anybody could use this and achieve results like a pro. I purchased the grit collector separately. Get the collector to avoid the mess. The grinder arrived quickly and I could not be happier with the results. ... show more

    • Interesting review please read
I received the initial unit that was in horrible condition. It looked like it was in a flood where ever it was shipped from as bolts were corroded over, the wheel was delaminated and the switch was pitted. I reached out to RGB directly to complain about this and the owner himself contacted me the next day and immediately sent out a replacement unit 2nd day UPS to me even though I bought thru one of the distributors they use. I would have ordered direct but there wasn’t a way to do so on their website but he said he knew that was a problem and to either call or email and they sell direct which would have been nice to know earlier. Regardless they took care of the problem immediately and satisfactorily. It was a little bit of an inconvenience as I had customers waiting on products to be sharpened that I had to use an alternative method for until this new unit came in (I was hoping they might add in an extra wheel for the headache but alas no extra wheel :-(. Easy to use, a little learning curve to it. Works great. Now have properly sharpened blades with no worries about changing the angle or heating the blade up.

    • It’s worth the money
I’ve ran a landscaping company for ten years. I’ve sharpened blades with bench and angle grinders. I considered myself good. This machine showed me how bad I was. Everyone is. It makes sharpening blades to a perfect angle almost brainless. Anyone can use this with little training. Getting used to bringing the blade through takes no time at all. I’d recommend watching their video on how they say to draw blade by grinding wheel. I sharpen blades every single week. It has cut my time down by half. Would buy again. ... show more
