I’m telling you the battery and charger is definitely not included in this kit. Replaced it with same item and still no battery. Milwaukee won’t help because Amazon is not an authorized dealer. You won’t get the battery and charger in this let me save you the headache.

This kit was said to come with the tool as well as spare handles, 2 batteries and a charger. As you can see the tool and spare handles are there but there are empty slots where the battery’s and charger should be….

If you do a lot of anchors and concrete drilling, get this guy. Fit perfectly on the milwaukee drills and even the harbor frieght hammer drill. The vacuum is powerful enough to clean out the holes as they are drilled from any angle. Smiplier than using the shop vac attachment and more compact than their other options. ... show more

Came missing batteries and charger. Amazon says to contact manufacturer, but Milwaukee's response is amazon is not an authorized reseller and they won't do anything.

If you buy this definitely spend more money and buy either an xc or the 6.0 batteries. I bought 2 of the 6.0 batteries and this vac works so much better with the bigger batteries. It's a joke this sells with the small battery. But with the big battery this keeps dust from falling in your face if having to drill over head and being able to attach to any drill is amazing ... show more

Received the package. Everything looks fine, the hammervac works. It had a small assembly defect, not a big deal, already fixed, but there is no charger in the case.
