Hold 2 quarts, bottom is 7x9”

It says 3L (3.17Q) and 9x11”, BUT held 2 QUARTS and is 7x9. I saw other reviews saying this but I ignored them. It is smaller than I wanted. The top measure 9x11 but that is where the lid sits. I measured by pouring water inside.

This looks so nice and its the right size for the family meal. Wish I wasn't giving it away. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I didn't cook in it. But boy I sure would like to.
