I was hoping for a nice cozy rob that was long enough and big enough to cover what's supposed to be covered. This robe fits that bill and then some. I hoped it would be long. I did not expect it to go the top of my feet. I'm 6' 1" so that's absolutely perfect. The sleeves fall right to the base of my fingers so no more trying to pull the sleeve down. (This is an XL). The robe wraps completely around me on both sides so its very comfy to sit and not worry about the robe falling open. Talk about lightweight. I was worried when I felt how light it is, but when you slip into it you realize how nice and warm it is. When you take it off you feel how much warmer you were than you thought you were. My husband is over 6 ft and thin, size 32 jeans, with very long arms. I ordered a L/XL and it fit perfect, long enough in the arms and comes down to his ankles, not alot of excess in the waist. The material is soft and mid weight, not super plush/warm, which is actually perfect for him cause he runs hot. He said the only thing that would make it better is if it had a hood. This robe has a lot of overlap for the body, and you order it by body shape/size. I bought one that was to be a good size for me, and it is almost too big, but it's very much body wrapping. If you want cotton terry, this isn't it. It's all polyester, and it is actually easy to get overheated wearing it. The material is very soft on the skin, the waist tie is plenty long enough, it's very much like being in a blanket. It is made very full, will cover your legs right down to the ankles ( in my case it does.) It's a good robe, even though I prefer cotton terry, and costs much less than any oversize cotton terry robe would. The pockets are a decent size too. Overall, I'm pleased with it. ... show more
