I am a licensed interior designer, I frequently make my decor among other things. My daughter had her heart set on these particular drapes,. The color length and bit of sheen was what she wanted. I was not expecting much for this price, Ill be honest. These are really beautiful. The fabric is soft, the color was exact, they are well made and she's already hung them up! I will add a pic after I steam them, they are wrinkled from being folded, which is normal. I'm ordering another 2 sets to complete her room. These are mid weight, they are more decorative than light blocking or insulating. They will do a bit of both, imo.They move beautifully and look much more expensive than they are.

I was very unsure if I would like these but I absolutely love them! I put them against a light blue walls and they look fantastic. The color looks really bright when you first open the package but darker once they're hung out. They change colors with the amount of sunlight and have a great, soft texture.

I bought 8 different colors and brands of velvet curtains. I wanted the green of the 70s. Pardon my bedding. I’m in the process of searching new bedding to match. The greens are amazing. This rust red is gorgeous. It’s deep, dark rust red and the gold that is in there makes it add dimension. They don’t seem to let much light in at all. I was only after them for the color...Not for black out curtains. But they do really darken the room! The first set I purchased was the strange H gray velvet. I put those in another room and they are also amazing which is why I end up going for the rest! I had ordered some from Walmart and they were not as good quality as these. These have the door rod pocket top so they can be hung on a rod or with clips. I like it because it creates a taller look rather than just one single rod pocket. The grey picks up all the colors in the room (you can’t see all the painted walls and makes them seem darker blue gray, darker silver depending on the light. And when the light shines through it almost gives a red hue. After buying Warm yellow, it was pretty bright orange. I also bought what looks to be a gold,,,it was called yellowish gold, it was the same bright orange as warm yellow. In the pictures I kept the a moss green, I returned the gold brown which was more like a chartreuse. And I returned olive green which was pretty much the same color as moss green. But the olive green let in a little more light. The sunlight blush velvet is amazing it’s like a rose beige. It’s a hue of pink but not obnoxious. It would match almost anything! All of these curtains are pretty well-made. The way they hang you can’t be too mad at the stitching.... you can’t even see it unless your 3 inches from your face. Heavy but not overly heavy for the curtain rods. I have 4 panels on one rod. machine washable and I thought good good quality for the price !!! you get two panels for the cost of one at Home Depot.

The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with these curtains. They feel durable, they’re beautiful and they don’t have an odor. You can hang them from either direction, it just depends on how thin/thick your rod or if you want ruffles at the top or not. I initially thought they sent me two different ones until I realized I had one up in the opposite direction lol. They are not complete blackout curtains, which is fine with me…however, they do block out a lot of natural light. I felt secure and comfortable last night with them closed. It gave my living room a nice cozy feel. I would absolutely recommend these curtains. There isn’t one thing I dislike about them.
