I cannot even think of one thing that I dislike about this product and I have tried many of them. EXPENSIVE ones. What I love most of all is the price! There are so many that tell you to continue to pay $$ to get it to work over time. That was not my experience. The first time I used the shampoo I paid more attention to the scalp area, massaging GENTLY. I left it on for about 2 minutes, rinsed and used my regular conditioner. After towel drying, I put the serum on my scalp using the pump, in six different areas (paying attention to areas that needed it most.) I then massaged my head from the outside of my long hair for about a minute. GENTLY. (The serum is thin enough to move around the scalp this way, and I find doing this better on wet hair after the shower.) Right away (after about a day) my hair wasn’t falling out in 10-12 hairs per the run through of my hand. (How I had any hair left amazes me.) So I would repeat this process daily. As of now I am not losing my hair but a few here and there, which is completely normal for everyone. Yes the product is in small packaging as other reviewers have said, but compared to the $$ I spent on expensive products that said it would “EVENTUALLY” work, I am sold. This is now part of my new regimen. Highly recommend. This was MY experience. I hope that you can get the same results. I really hope my little “how to” helps people, as the label on the shampoo about using the shampoo, rinsing, and using the shampoo again after, is very confusing. ... show more

My wife and I were looking for a clean & healthy alternative to regular shampoo and decided to try this one. We have been using it for a few weeks now and i can honestly say that it smells great,hair is very clean and it feels more soft so far. Research out there indicates that the components on this formula are the exact ones needed for healthy scalp and hair growth.Is too early for us to tell about new hair growth but we are confident that over time we can see positive results. I ordered this hoping it would better my hair-fall situation and it did. I got both serum and shampoo and I’m lazy enough to not use serum. I use shampoo twice a week and the first 2 weeks i noticed my hair shinier and silkier than my regular shampoo. For me it worked, i would highly encourage people to give it a try and see if it works for them. I guess using serum would have helped more. For now I’m happy and I’ll order again as soon as this quantity is done. Also, the bottle looks as if it wont last many days but i use two pumps per wash, 2 washes each time=4 pumps, meaning 8 pumps in a week. I have been using it for atleast 3 months now and i have more than half of it left. ... show more

I must say, they were both really good! I liked the serum, in particular, it wasn't very oily, which I appreciated. The shampoo was also great, but I highly recommend getting a larger size right from the start. Initially, you might notice a bit of hair fall, but don't worry, it will get better.

I only used the product because I was crowning on the top of my head, it has a nice smell and package was nicely done but as for my hair, it was getting dry and brittle, I first was using it every other day, didn't notice a difference, just dryness so I used it everyday day then I noticed the brittle, here I am a over a month later, no changes with the crowning so I had to try something else smh ... show more
