Update 01.02.24 Overall, the boots are really nice looking only. I’ve already returned one pair and wearing my second pair for the first time to work today. The heels are already cracking, but this time and both boots. These are highly cheaply, made, and sold as an expensive boot, I don’t even know how to Return the second pair because it was already a return, so I am stuck with a pair of boots that have cracked heels, and I am hoping that I can figure a way to somehow maintain the integrity of the boot and heal for more than five uses into the future. Buyer beware this is not a product to wear , but only look at if you like mildly expensive art in the form of cowboy boots. I hope to find someone who can replace the heels all together for me. I won’t be returning to this boot brand ever again. Update 12.18.23 Testing out the new pair of boots that replaced the prior order. Want to see how long they last in durability. The second set was sent out immediately once I placed my first order for return. Will follow up after a few months to confirm if they last and if my first pair was a fluke pair created vs my current pair. Still all around a really great boot. Really love the look of the boots, but I didn't pay that price for them so my husband could just look at them. Unfortunately, that's about all he can do since the heel is falling off one and the whole sole is messing up on the other one...and he only wore them a handful of times!
