The package arrived with two curtains in a single clear plastic holder neatly folded. There is no noticeable odor, debris, trimmings, etc that clung to the fabric and seemed to not even have the folds pressed into the fabric. The curtains are very easy to install and slide along the textured rod I have and are true to the sizes in the description. The colors are way off in my photos and are actually really close to the images on Amazon. They are an excellent weave of different colors with a light powder blue look, which really makes it look upscale and nice. The adorning tassels are a great finish around the border (that the cats will love!). The fabric has a rough cotton feel. As you can see, you may still be able to see light and detail through the curtains, but if you use a thicker vanity curtain than I have, you should be able to get the privacy you may want. I also highly encourage using an ivory tinted vanity curtain (what I used), not a white one, to give it a better, home-ier white. ... show more

These curtains are beautiful! Exactly as described and the color was spot on. I purchased the beige and they filter in light perfectly. I was looking for something that would let some light in, yet still provide some coverage. When I opened them they were creased from being folded, but I just stuck them in the dryer for a few minutes and the creases came out. Very easy to hang, and the boho style is so cute! They're heavier and more textured than I thought they'd be. More detailed, higher quality. They have a heavy linen feel. I really appreciate that.
