One guy that weighed 350 lbs got the 5x and it fit him great. I weigh 250 lbs and am 5 foot 8 inches. the 3x fits me great i could even possibly fit in the 2x. This is true to size. It also was a great product. It does keep you warm. My husband works at night out in the cold and in 10° weather he stayed warm and dry. Would highly recommend this product.
