GET THE LARGE - I'm 5' 9", 155lbs, slim build... and got the Medium and Large. The Large fits much better. The Medium is fine, but a little too tight. I kept the Medium just because! If you're my size and you like a tight fit, get the Medium, but if you like an easier fit, more comfortable, get the large. Overall, these are very comfortable, but not as warm as I hoped for. They work great, but like I said, I was hoping for warmer. They're wonderful. So soft and warm, they kept him warm when he had to work outside and kept me warm when I stole them. But the shirts also look good as a normal long sleeve shirt. But they're really nice especially for the price. They fit great on my boyfriend, not to big but not tight. We went to Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming this past May 2024. We wore them once, when it was Cold, 15'F, it snowed and the Wind was howling. The Top and Bottom kept me comfortable and I was not in pain. The rest of the week it was only in the 30's, 40's so I just wore the bottom. I absolutely enjoy them as a base layer or single layer around the house. They are extremely comfortable, durable and many other good things going for them.
