this cabinet is a lot of quality for the price. Make no mistake, this is not a hundred pound name brand with bells and whistles. It is a well made cabinet with smooth working drawers and nice paint job. I through around ten pounds tools in one of the drawers to see how the drawer felt with a little weight in it and I think the drawer felt like it was a smoother pull with the weight. The tool box I put on this chest was not a problem even though it was packed and very heavy. The wheels roll easy on the concrete. This is smaller than your normal tool boxes from harbor freight or home depo. a bit flimsier. the tool box itself is fine. drawers work well. no instructions to put it together, good thing i was an aircraft mechanic...lol. its not very heavy duty, but fine if your just putting lightweight stuff in. no heavy chains, or heavy hydraulic tools, etc. it did arrive damaged, but wasn't enough that it showed, or stopped it from working. ... show more
