Vey happy with this purchase. The item came as shown. The shelf is sturdy and can hold a lot of books. The only con is it’s time consuming to put together, Lots of screws and small pieces but other than that the picture guide helps.

Love the look of it. Perfect for our sons room! Time consuming to put together, SO MANY SCREWS! The drawer is flimsy and not awesome, but we won’t use that much for what we need it for! Overall very happy with this shelf!

I wish the screws were able to be drilled or inserted with a regular screw driver. The tiny tool they provided was difficult to use, and ended up giving me multiple blisters on my hands. Other than that, the shelf seems very sturdy, and I love the design!

My bedroom was getting cluttered with all of the books I've been acquiring. I love to read in my room/quiet space without having to go get other books from our bookshelf downstairs in the office. I bought this knowing I would love it and would need my handy husband to put it together. I warned him I bought a bookshelf for our bedroom but he wasn't anticipating this level of wisardom to put it together. Throw away the Allen wrench because it will take about a month of blood, sweat, and tears if you attemp to put this together with that. You absolutely need a power drill and another set of eyes to make sure things are being put together the right way. I think he said the holes for 1 or 2 were backwards and he had to drill new ones on the opposite end. When I asked if I could do anything to help he said "leave a bad review" lol. Now that it's been hung on the wall we both really love it and I think he's over the 45 minutes of his life he will never get back. I still would recommend this since it's stunning and unique. ... show more
