I bought 2 items from them , one came in perfect condition and one had minor damage which wasn’t seller fault due to shipping. The box arrived damage and seller reached out making it right. Their customer service is 5 star. I would recommend them and their products. Item is good quality not the cheap looking kind. Takes time to put together went together easily. Instructions were easy to understand. The only we had is as you can see in the pictures is that two of the boards were cracked either during packing or shipping the damage didn't effect assembly or durability. I really enjoy this TV stand. The light effects and fireplace display options are awesome. The fireplace does not get that hot. It could be that my house is older so it doesn't have the proper amps. Otherwise I love it. It is not easy to assemble. It took a few hours but in the end it's worth it. I don't understand why FedEx dropped off one box and USPS dropped off the other. Lights are pretty nice, and the fireplace definitely works to heat up my living room. Great product for price. Assembly was about 5 hours, but with help you can get it done in about 2.5 to 3 hours.

Several different fireplaces colors and rock colors. Can turn space heater off while using colors. Looks impressive. Not easy to put together alone but with help takes time and BAM! Made moving to a new place much more comfortable for me
