*Originally thought that the magnet was the cause of the SIM card error message, was told the magnet would have to be a lot stronger on the inside of the case to cause a problem. Don’t know what is causing the issue but this is a great case and don’t feel it is right to blame it for something that I thought happened* I think that this is a great case, it feels good, not too bulky and is very durable. With the magnet and the Rockform mount I am confident I won’t lose my phone while riding my motorcycle. However I’ve started to notice that I would constantly get a “no sim card” message on my phone and lose cellular capabilities. If I take the case off I am able to get reception again. I think the magnet in the case interferes with my phone somehow. Not too sure if I will use it anymore while riding so kind of a bummer. ... show more

Great case with amazing utility! My phone has already taken a few times in the time I've had this case. Not only is the phone completely safe, the case itself is unscathed. The magnet is very handy! I've used my Rokform case to stick my phone to various spots in my woodshop and when working on my motorcycle, but what I didn't think about when I bought it is that I stick my phone to my fridge when I'm cooking in the kitchen. The case performs as advertised when I'm riding my motorcycle and exceeded expectations in other uses. I'd recommend this case to people even if they never had any intentions on mounting their phone to any type of handlebars ... show more

I’ve had this case for a little over 6 month. I work construction. I’m always dropping it or sitting on it while it’s in my back pocket. Obviously you can still crack your screen but that’s to be expected. The magnet is no joke on this case. I’ve done over 100 mph on my Harley with this on my gas tank. I started with this case when I had the iPhone 10 and nothing beats it! It’s perfect if you’re job requires you to work around a lot of metal. It’s also great if you’re working in a dark area and you need to mount your light somewhere instead of just hold your phone the whole time , just stick your phone where you need it. I now have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and it’s a lot bigger and the magnet is a little low on the case (not completely centered) so it sometimes allows the phone to move. You can buy the magnetic plug that goes in the swivel lock part of the case Or you can go to the hardware store and get a neodymium magnet that fits the inside of the plug and glue it in. This fixed my phone from moving and it’s completely perfect now! From what I read this magnet is the same thing as “rare earth magnets” and it hasn’t hurt my phone or my gps. The case is solid and sturdy. I’ve been using for about a week and really like it. I purchased it with the ring accessory for holding on to it. I’ve gotten a message a couple times about the magnet interfering with the camera; I haven’t noticed a difference in photos, but has me concerned with other potential interference. Wireless charging does not work while in the case (accessory removed). Overall satisfied, probably will purchase a car mount next ... show more

I actually ordered the wrong case and didn't mean to get this one, but this one seemed fine, close to what i wanted. Then one day my phone fell off the side of a trailer onto the road. 10 or so hours later I finally found it, face down on the road, clearly run over many times. The screen was damaged but the phone was fine, still ringing and all that. The case itself only has a tiny scrape or two on it and nothing else on the phone was damaged at all.
