My family are happy with this Karaoke. and really I dont have any complaint., about. the only issue., is when recording., and we want to hear what we record , we cannot hear nothing., the record is too fast., maybe I am doing something wrong., I will ask to vendor. overall the device work excellent.

So I had to ship them back after I chased down a Fedex driver because the shipping station would not take a giant package. The speaker outputs are not working so I am getting no sound out of the right side. Called to ask for help and was rushed off the phone with only an email address to contact for help. Waiting for a return email with instructions on how to get it fixed. I'm sure it's going to be a huge headache again. Probably will need to chase down another driver to ship back to technical pro. Purchased the set for my mom. She used it a handful of times. Microphones no longer working properly after a few months. Speakers make a buzzing noise.
