    • Customer Service Satisfaction with VANGOA
Color: Karaoke Machine with Screen
Writing this review more to express the experience and quality of service that we received from the VANGOA vendor/manufacturer. We purchased our VANGOA Karaoke system in 2024 and have been very satisfied with it. Very easy set-up and equipment quality is great. Sound quality really good! Still trying to figure out how the remote control works but it hasn't prevented us from using the system and we are enjoying the experience of using this Karaoke system at our parties with families and friends. We've had a handful of different Karaoke systems, but this VANGOA system is the best we've had thus far. We did experience a malfunction with one of the wireless mics after having used it only for a little over a year. At Amazon's instruction, we reached out to VANGOA directly to inquire about how to trouble shoot the issue and to see how we can possibly purchase a new mic similar to the ones that accompanied the system if the issue could not be fixed since none was available anywhere. We dealt with one of the customer service representatives from VANGOA named Sadie via email communication and received the most AMAZING customer service! We received a response from Sadie immediately the next day who helped us through the process of resolving our issues. Sadie was very professional and really friendly showing us that VANGOA cares deeply about their products and customers. Sadie took such great care of us as if we were the most important customers, which we feel confident that they do the same with all their customers, and kept us posted throughout the process as they worked on resolving our issues. The end result was that the malfunctioned mic could not be fixed, thus, VANGOA replaced it with a new one at no additional cost to us. AMAZON, thank you for having a vendor like VANGOA and VANGOA, thank you for having someone like Sadie on your team (definitely a keeper) and for the excellent service your team provided us. We have been customers of AMAZON for more than 15 years and it's the quality of products, competitive pricing, and customer service they provide and choosing quality vendors like VANGOA that have made AMAZON our number one online shopping store! ... show more

    • Great Machine - even better customer service!
Color: Karaoke Machine with Screen
Love this machine and the customer service! My family and I love karaoke and have had several smaller systems but I decided to go for something more substantial and this one fit the bill. It is easy to setup and the sound is great. But even more, the customer service! I had an issue with my connection and subsequently misplaced my microphones and Quimby with Customer Service responded promptly each time and was very helpful. The only con I have seen is that the microphones do go out intermittently and I don't know if that's a battery issue but that does happen. I see that the item is unavailable right now but wanted to leave a review for Vangoa anyway. Happy Karaokeing! ... show more

    • Not worth price
Color: Karaoke Machine with Screen
It’s hard to express how deeply disappointed I am with the karaoke setup I had such high hopes for. I am hoping this is just a dud and this company wants to make good on its commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve owned this unit since October of 2025, it’s been in the same room and used by adults only and it still failed with no reason other than poor craftsmanship. I love superior sounding audio. I have a degree in audio production and have praised this unit to so many people and now I find myself feeling foolish for doing so. I’m not sure if there’s something I’m not doing to pair the microphones because I can’t see the screen. I can’t navigate the system to use as intended because for some reason the unit has stopped working and I am dead in the water. I hope vangoa will stand by their product and I will update this review once I have that information. One star out of five for sound quality, but what is quality with 4 months of usage? ... show more

    • GREAT sound, but the rest of the electronics are sub-par!
Color: Karaoke Machine with Screen
This karaoke machine has ALL the bells and whistles, unfortunately one of the most import is unreliable. While the sound quality is excellent, as are he microphones and connectivity panel, the Android tablet is not reliable. I have fiber-optic 1Gig internet connectivity and a Eero Pro wi-fi, yet the tablet drops off the wi-fi at least once per session, and frequently multiple times. The only way to fix it is to re-boot the system. My advice to the manufacturer is to reconsider which tablet/OS you use to drive this otherwise fine piece of technology! UPDATE: another question I received is how to obtain karaoke tracks. There are thousands available on YouTube, and if the wifi stays connected they are easy to stream on the Vangoa. Another approach is to use an app like 4K Video Downloader+ to pull tracks wherever they are posted and load them on to a USB stick which can be inserted into the player control panel. UPDATE #2: I continued to work with the excellent customer service team from Vangoa (thank you Quimby) and am now a very happy customer. ... show more
