At first, the tint would not bend or stretch along with the curved window of pretty much every car. I tried to use a blow dryer, but that seemed to make it worse. However, after a day of baking in the sun, I pushed down on the spots, and they went away. Lesson learned. Also, I didn't get all the water out behind the tint with the squeegee. Now, there are bubbles all over it. But I'm gonna give it 5 stars because these are operator/installer errors. The car looks amazing now. It's much cooler than before, obviously.. so FYI, avoid these issues, and you should be happy with the end result. Ps. wrote this 1 day after I the install so maybe water will go away? I've been using this tint for about 18 months on a 2005 Subaru Forester in Arizona. The majority of that time has been spent parked outside and/or camping. In that time I haven't noticed any degradation of any kind. I did 20% on all side and back glass. It was also my first time installing my own tint and while I did make plenty of mistakes, it still came out looking professionally done. I'm thinking about going 5% on my back row and quarter panel windows. If I do then I would definitely get this stuff again. The color is excellent; very neutral tint without any greens, purples, etc. There is a slight milky appearance in direct sun. If you do your research, you'll find that just about all ceramic tints have that look, even high end products. Always keep that in mind when shopping ceramic. ... show more

I have tinted all of my vehicles myself over the years with the exception of one. I don't know if it was because this is ceramic tint or not but it does not take to shrinking well AT ALL. I went through three sheets trying to get one window fitted. Now that the third sheet is on it looks milky in a couple of spots. I will have to order more now just to complete my truck. I will probably remove the one window I do have on and buy another brand with enough to complete the whole truck with identical tint. Cheaper isn't always better. Will probably go back to Llumar and pay the extra $$ one time and be done. Hopefully it's not because that is how ceramic tint responds. From what I've read online it shouldn't matter. Purchase the 5% thinking it was gonna be dark as the one they sell at autozone. Product has a great price don’t get me wrong. But it’s just not dark enough like the way I thought it was gonna be. First time working with tint ever. I bought some supplies and got my dad to help me. Went with 5% for maximum darkness. It came with the tint in cardboard. Tint was not creased, but it was really dusty inside. I think I did an OK job. Tint absolutely work. And I have tint left for tinting sun strips on other cars. ... show more

Pretty decent stuff. I've used the the 35 and 20 percent so far. It's fairly durable during install. A little milky/cloudy but that's fairly common for ceramic. Price/value/quality will probably keep me coming back.
