I wanted to buy some wood to make my own drawer dividers. The drawers in my house are deep, which is great to store stuff. But it becomes a real mess without organization. Normal dividers you can buy are shallow--an inch or two deep at the most. This is high-quality hardwood. Perfectly straight and smooth. Big-box warehouse stores don't sell this sort of thing, and the wood they do sell is typically warped. Don't hesitate to buy from Woodchuck's Wood. Good quality at reasonable prices. Packed well and shipped promptly. What a concept! (Some of the reviews here are poor. I wonder which seller they used.)

The boards are dimensioned accurately, but the finish is a little rough. I can see the saw blade patterns a little bit in the wood. I plan on using it for scroll saw work, so it is not too important.

Expensive. I bought this to use for splines on miters of hardwood picture frames. I could not use a small bit because it had a knot and also some heartwood, which is darker in color. A small complaint, but when you are paying $19.19 / bf + shipping, it seems disappointing.
