I bought these over a year ago and so I've had a chance to really see how these bags hold up. The answer: FANTASTIC! I've taken them on all my travels with me and they've been perfect. They're lightweight, they hold a surprisingly lot of stuff, they're absolutely beautiful, and I'm proud to carry them. It's also true, as other reviewers have said, they stand out so distinctively that they're easy to find in a sea of other luggage. That's a stress-reliever for me, who used to carry plain black bags (I thought that was a sophisticated thing to do) and often stood at the airport wondering if I'd missed seeing mine or if someone else had picked them up at the conveyor belt by mistake. With these Rockland bags, the chances of me and someone else on the same flight having the exact same bag are really small, don't you think? In addition, the wheels work great and the color and art design on the outside of the bags have proven to be durable and bright, even a year after purchase and after many uses. I have the Love set with the Britto-esque hearts all over them and I am charmed every time I look at them, and also charmed when I look inside at the pretty pink and white polka dotted lining fabric. It makes me smile every time. Incidentally, the other set I considered purchasing was the Britto by Hays and that cost $1,100 for a comparable set. So this set was way more economically priced at only $160, and really, I consider these bags no less pretty than the Britto, but simply a different graphic design which is quite pretty and striking in its own right. I would buy them again and again and again, if I had occasion to, which I don't, because I'm convinced these will last a good long time. And when I do have to replace them, perhaps in 20 years, I will replace them with more Rockland luggage; perhaps the Pink Pearl set. But that's a long time from now, as I will be enjoying this lovely Love set for many years to come.

The handle on the top and sides are sturdy attached with metal Locks are included for all the suitcases Ideal depth Cons I found none What may look like scratches in the pictures is the protective flim I didn't remove. These suitcases are anesthetically beautiful inside and out, are highly functional and will serve your purpose for traveling. I am really pleased with this luggage set. I ordered it to replace on older, heavier set of luggage before I went on vacation. First of all, it arrives very well-packaged. It is boxed securely, and each piece of luggage is inside its own plastic bag and is covered in a protective film to protect the beautiful design. The luggage itself is very lightweight, so I was able to pack more than I would have otherwise. Not only is the luggage very attractive, but it served the additional purpose of being very easy to spot at baggage claim. It did sustain some marks and scratches (which is to be expected the way bags are handled by the airlines), but it survived 2 flights and cruise ship delivery with no structural damage at all. I cannot recommend this set enough for function and value. There was plenty of room inside. I loved the different compartments which made it so easy to organize my belongings. It was very easy to move/roll around with minimal effort. And, people loved the look of it (mistaking it for a different, more expensive brand more than once).

I love this suitcase set. I got them on Prime Day Deal, so super great price of $99 for both of them. Very cute, colorful and easy to spot at the airport. I always get compliments on them. They seem to hold up just as well as any other suitcase I have had. I travel a fair amount and usually have to replace my luggage every few years, so I don’t like to spend a bunch of money.

I really like this luggage! It's incredibly lightweight which is great for an over-packer like myself. They nest into each other and all 3 of them together weigh just under 25 lbs. The large size suitcase weighs under 10lbs on it's own which I appreciate. I like the hardshell too. The case is essentially in "half" with the ability to package half of your items on one size and zip up (so when you open, they won't fall out) and the other half has a buckle enclosure. This is nice for staying organized. I will be using this in conjunction with some packing cubes as well to stay even more organized. The rollers are VERY smooth & easy. I pulled this around my house with hardwood floors and over rugs just to test it out & I think it will be very nice in the airport. I'm short, 5'3" and the telescoping handle is a good length for me but has 2 different settings for someone who is taller or shorter. The design is quite loud & girly (and I'm sure my husband will poke fun at me) but I wanted "loud" luggage after years of having an all black suitcase and going nuts at the carousel trying to find which one was mine (even with tying on colorful scarves, luggage tags, pompoms, cable ties, etc.) I am confident this will be VERY easy to spot! I saw some reviews about surface scratching, marks, etc. Having not traveled with it yet, I can't comment on that - but I can say that isn't a huge concern of mine. If the outside gets scuffed a bit, who cares? I care about the safe containment of my items, the ease of movement, the lightweight design & the easily recognizable pattern. Overall this exceeded my expectations & I'm looking forward to my next trip with it.

I really love the color and pattern of the suit case. It is perfect for a carry on for SWA. The zippers are sturdy and held up as a carry on. The wheels are smooth but difficult to roll on carpet, but this is true with other luggage as well. It toppled over a few times but it’s so very cute that I didn’t mind. I ordered my son a similar sized roller with Spider-man on it, and his case actually held more than mine so I am a little bit bummed about that. But I’m keeping mine because it looks so cute. It matches my Lovevook weekender bag and personal sized backpack too! The trolly handle is a little wobbly but didn’t affect the performance.

I love these suitcases so much that I ordered 3 in different patterns (to make it easier for each of us to locate our own bag). They are shipped well and also have that peel off layer over the design when you first get them, so if you don't realize that (like my daughter) you might initially think the pattern / design looks a little weird. Once removed, my daughter saw that the pattern was perfect underneath the bubbled protective film. The wheels are true 360 spinners and the handle has a couple of different heights which is good because we are not a tall family. The interior has two completely separate sections which close up nicely and also has pockets in one of those interior parts too, just to keep things together. I would highly recommend these cases for the around $50-60 you often see them on here and if they are cheaper than that they are a real bargain. The last suitcases before these that I bought lasted 2 overseas trips and then died (one burst open as we picked it up, the other had a broken handle and broken wheels), and those cases we paid 4 times as much for thinking the brand name would make them good quality, but it did not. We have used these on a minor trip so far and take a major one soon, so I'll update of there are any issues with them, but I highly doubt there will be as they are very sturdy looking.
