Finally I can put out my review. It lasted less than 2 years, now the telescopic handle will not retract. This luggage carries 5 year warranty and the only way to reach customer service is by email. However email was sent with no response. Their website keeps saying checking junk email folder. Yes, I did every day. They simply did not reply to my warranty request. Fake warranty! ... show more

For as damaged as luggage gets through air travel, I’m don’t expect them to last forever, but these are a little more flimsy than I was hoping. I also wish they had expanders….I travel with a memory foam pillow and I like to be able to zip fully expanded and then zip the expansion closed. Can’t really do that here.
