Luggage lasted 4 trips no problem main issues were it doesn’t go straight well Not the best quality zippers when under stress but useable luggage fits on most airlines. Still useable just the zipper is off on one. Saves money on checking luggage. Would buy again in a pinch.

The bag itself is great. Sturdy construction, zippers work good, held everything I needed for my trip and I could avoid the misery of checking my bag. My only complaint is that its “front heavy”, and won’t stand up freely on its wheels. Even though I didn’t have anything in the front pouches, it was unbalanced and would lean/fall over. A little difficult to maneuver pushing it forward in front of us, especially in the narrow aisle on the plane, but did great pulling it behind us on two wheels. this bag is big and spacious inside. wanted something other than black to locate easily. my bag did come dented on one side and wheels on the bag a cheaply made wobbly. for close to 50$ dollars i feel it should make some changes.

This suitcase holds a lot more than it appears. It's the perfect carry on size. However it tips forward even though it has 4 wheels. I mean when you aren't pulling it. You have to lean it against something when you set it down. I am trying to find tips on the web to prevent this. But it's still worth buying. Good value. ... show more

Bought this 7 years ago and used it 2-5 times per year. Drug it through many airports, trains, up and down stairs etc. Finally had to replace it because the bottom was wearing. This plus a backpack meant no checked bag for 7-12 day trip if you know how to pack. New one looks the same but tipped forward easily. Haven’t figured out why. I’ve had the 20” suitcase for about a year. I’d only used it for weekend car trips, so I wasn’t inclined to write a review. Last month, I used it as a carry on for my flights to the West coast and back. The airline required me (and everyone else who’d bought cheap seats) to check my carry on for each of my flights (including O’Hare & LAX). It still looks brand new!
