Great inexpensive luggage. I was skeptical about purchasing luggage sight unseen but decided to take a chance. This hard sided expanding luggage checked most of the boxes. I would have liked a matching tote. I am handicap and the luggage moves so smoothly the wheel chair driver had not problem with one bag and the wheelchair while I rolled the smaller bag. I was a little worried about ordering this luggage set due to the bad reviews I read. One main thing that some people complained about was the strong scent. I did not experience that with my luggage; however I still sprayed it with Febreeze for a nice fresh scent. I traveled with both pieces last month and everything went well. The carry-on remains just like new, and there are minor scratches on the large bag that was checked in. However, these scratches are quite normal due to the fact that the bag handlers probably throw the luggage around. Overall, I love the luggage set and the spacing is awesome. I would recommend this set to anyone. I got the magenta color and it was definitely a hit at the airport among all those boring black bags. Order this set NOW! ... show more

Used this case ONE TIME. I do 4-5 trips a year and have not had good luck with suitcases. So I researched and thought this Rockland bag was going to be my last one. When it arrived, I noticed they looked and felt as flimsy as the ones I'd picked up as an emergency option from a big box vendore in Central America. But I'd done research, right? Packed for holiday trip (2nd time using bag), noticed instability rolling it, and found it was cracked at the wheelbase. Contacted seller, who responded "we would have helped you, but you bought this 45 days ago and we have to abide by Amazon's policies." So basically they sell you walmart quality products, at Rockland prices. The bags will not fail immediately, but you should definitely inspect them after every trip, and try to take a 2nd trip within 30 days so these pieces of garbage can be successfully returned to the vendor. As for me, no more online suitcase purchases. Had I been physically able to inspect these bags, I would not have bought them. They look and feel flimsy, and perform the same way. ... show more

Based on the mixed reviews and the photos I saw, I was a little reluctant to buy this luggage. I am really happy I did. I bought the hot punk set and it did not disappoint. I love the luggage did not buy the insurance I used it for my trip across country one problem the inside of both of my pieces of luggage smell terrible there’s an odor I cannot get out of it ! I’m going to be at this destination for one more month and I’m going to have to throw this luggage away I cannot put my clothes in them my clothes smell terrible I’ve tried everything airing them out leaving them open they still smell bad The smell smell is like cat urine ! I have to have new bags for my trip back across the country I’m afraid to buy them if they come from another country and smell like this I have the same problem ????
