I'm a newbie to paddle boarding but have wanted one for years. I did a little research and then of course went to Amazon because, you know...free shipping, easy to review products, easy to order etc. I loved the all inclusive package with everything I would need to get started. The board and all the accessories arrived as scheduled and everything was in perfect condition and as advertised. All the pieces are super sturdy and easy to use. I had a problem with the paddle...I HAD A PROBLEM...it wasn't the paddle, it was me. I contacted the company and they helped me figure out what MY PROBLEM was which was a super easy fix (the clip needed to be rotated to clamp down on the adjustable paddle). First time out everything went well...I got wet over and over again...but it was a beautiful warm day so who cares. Second time out went much better, still got a little wet, but only once. My friend timed how long it took to inflate the board...only 7 minutes! The board also deflated quickly and it was no problem to roll it up and get it in the backpack for easy transport. Third time out went great...didn't get wet at all. Fourth time out I paddled around for 2 hours straight...also never got wet. I've only had the board for a couple of weeks and already I fully realize this is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. And I've talked 2 friends into getting boards so they can go with me. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to get out there again tomorrow! Thank you ROC for making my summer dreams come true! Kathleen Update...7/22/21 I've had my SUP for about 2 months now. I use it at least twice a week. This purchase has been the best thing I've done for myself in a look long time. All the equipment is top notch, completely trouble free and a total bargain...I may buy a second one so that it's easier to bring a friend along!

Great product overall. It truly includes everything you need to get started, which makes it very convenient, especially if you’re new to paddleboarding. It holds a surprising amount of weight. I’ve used it with my son and our dog on board, and it felt stable and secure. Setup is straightforward. I did purchase an automatic inflator for convenience, but the included pump works fine if you prefer to use it. One of the best parts is how fun it is to use. It’s stable enough to feel safe but still responsive enough to make it enjoyable. Whether you’re paddling calmly, exploring, or just spending time on the water with family, it makes for a great experience. It’s become one of our favorite outdoor activities. I live in an apartment, so minimizing storage space was important to me. That’s exactly why I chose an inflatable board, and I don’t regret it at all. It stores easily and performs well on the water. Definitely a solid option if you want performance without sacrificing space.

I was a little hesitant to try an inflatable board but after reading reviews and more about the ROC product I am so glad I did! The quality of this paddle board is excellent! Easy to inflate, transport, and deflate! I have been out quite a few times already since getting and each time I am just so pleased and happy with the quality of this board. You would not know it was inflatable because it it very sturdy. I love having the extra set of bungees in the back and the handles at the front and back are very useful as well! The paddle included with this board is superior! It is not flimsy or lightweight plastic. It can easily be taken apart for transport and put back together. I tried the kayak paddle and for me personally I’m just not a fan perhaps that’s why I went with the paddle board! It is nice to have as an added option nonetheless! Many positives and one negative on instructions. So far, used it once in the ocean and loved it (inflated/deflated twice, first time for practice at home). I am a 135lb, 5’4” female who doesn’t have a lot of upper body strength or patience for manual pumping, so I bought the battery operated Dr Meter pump on Amazon that inflated the SUP right on the beach in less than 5 minutes! It was then light and easy for me to carry the board to the water and enjoy myself. All those reviews with pictures of women carrying the boards don’t show that it’s not as light as they make it look! I tried the pump that came with board and instructions were very confusing (because they didn’t really have any except a sentence to be careful on what to do if you use dual feature, which I had no idea what that meant - this is where I would recommend company to improve as I thoroughly searched for how to use dual feature and it was not there. Also, instructions in manual didn’t say which way the fin needed to be inserted, had to run to car to get phone to see how it looked on Amazon. It might be obvious to experts but not someone who never installed one). The extras it came with were necessary, such as large backpack. Here are my tips if you’re new to boarding: watch beginners SUP YouTube videos, they really helped to refresh my memory as it’s been a couple years. Watch how to go on board in the ocean as it’s different than in lake. Buy the portable electric pump for convenience, saves time, space and energy. Bring a foldable beach wagon to place deflated SUP +supplies, it was easier for my back to pull wagon than carrying the large backpack (plus wagon can fit more stuff like pump and cooler). Make sure you wear leash that the SUP comes with so you don’t lose board in water. The paddle floats for a while, I tested it in my pool and after 5 minutes I gave up timing it because it was still floating (I wanted to see if I had time to grab it in ocean before paddle began to sink if I fell from board). I did 11 psi in fear that it could have issues if I went higher given that it was new and pump was electric. I was on the water for 45 minutes in super hot weather and had no issues. Next time I will do 12 psi. Wear a life jacket/pfd. Bring a waterproof smart watch if you want to tell time and don’t want to risk losing your phone, Apple is my favorite- cheapest and super convenient. If you can, first practice balancing on lake water. Practice inflating it at home first and don’t forget to insert fin for practice (like I did) to ensure you put in correct way. Make sure you practice adjusting paddle to correct height (check YouTube for tips). Account for time to deflate and fold board as this takes a bit longer, try to put board on beach blanket to minimize sand on it as it attracts a lot of sand when deflating/folding.

I recently purchased the ROC inflatable paddle board, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its performance and quality. Setting it up was super easy – it inflated quickly, and the included pump is efficient. The board is incredibly sturdy and stable on the water, which is great for both beginner paddlers like myself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love the Added Seat – Great All-Around Paddle Board! This ROC paddle board with the detachable seat is an awesome setup! I’ve used it both sitting and standing, and it gives you the best of both worlds—like having a paddle board and a kayak in one. Super easy to inflate and feels really sturdy once it’s pumped up. The seat is surprisingly comfortable and attaches securely. I’ve taken it out multiple times on my local lakes, and it handles really well. Very stable, even with some chop, and plenty of room for gear. The included accessories are great—paddle, pump, leash, and the bag makes it easy to carry around. It’s also lightweight for its size, which is a big plus. The dry bag was a really nice touch. If you’re looking for versatility and comfort, especially for longer paddles or just relaxing out on the water, this board is a great buy. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased three 10' Scout inflatable paddle boards from ROC—two as Christmas gifts for my best friends and one for myself—and I couldn’t be happier with this decision! While it’s not paddleboarding season just yet, (we live on Colorado) I couldn’t resist inflating mine to check out its quality and get my dog, used to it. First impressions? These boards are absolutely fantastic! The setup was easy, and the included pump and accessories are top-notch. The board feels sturdy and well-made, with vibrant colors that are even more striking in person. It’s lightweight yet durable, perfect for both beginners and experienced paddleboarders. The backpack included with the board is a nice addition. It’s large enough to carry all the accessories—paddle, pump, leash, fin, and the deflated board—with ease, and it’s comfortable to wear. It is definitely going to make transporting the board and accessories more convenient. While I haven’t taken it out on the water yet, I can already tell it’s going to be a game-changer. My dog is already a fan—he hopped on as soon as I set it up and has been lounging on it ever since! The large, grippy deck pad provides excellent stability, which is perfect for paddling with pets or for anyone who wants extra balance. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase. I can’t wait for warmer weather to take these boards out with my friends and enjoy some fun paddleboarding adventures. Got into a rough spot while out yesterday and was pushed up onto some pretty jagged rocks and the board lives! Some large scratches and marks on the underside but no damage and still holds air. Highly impressed with the durability and quality of the board and I love the water proof bag that came with it. Taken the board out a couple of times and am in love while sucking. Used to do a lot of kayaking but didn't have the space to store one anymore and an easily collapsible and inflatable paddle board seemed like a good compromise and it has been so far. I struggle a little with getting moving but I'm sure it will come with time and technic. -Duffel bag that came with the paddle board had a small tear on the inside upon delivery and after 2 weeks of use has entirely ripped out but it hasn't taken away from the bags ability to carry everything from truck to water.
