I absolutely love this paddleboard! I spent a lot of time researching different options before buying, and now I completely understand why it has so many five-star reviews. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it's been a fantastic board to learn on. As a beginner, I wanted something stable and forgiving, and this board has been perfect. I initially purchased this board because it was the only one I could find with bungee cords on the front and back that was also reasonably priced!! It's also really pretty with with great backpack carrying case and hand air pump! 😍 After a few months of having it I broke the bottom fin and emailed them to ask about purchasing another and they sent me a new one no questions asked for free. Fast forward 3 years... I got a small hole in the side wall (fault of my own.. not sure HOW I did it but it's a puncture type hole.. I take it on the ocean and the river where there is a lot of tree branches debris, etc) so contacted them to see if they sold a patch kit because it wasn't under warranty anymore and if it came with one I had no clue where I put it. To my surprise, they offered me a refurbished board of the same model (because I was partial to that one as mentioned above) for the cost of shipping only ($40). I just got the board today and it is a brand new board! 🤯🤯 Aside from the board itself being amazing (light weight, durable, and sturdy.. I take my dog and a full cooler with no problem) ROC's customer service is hands down 10/10 if you ever have any questions/problems! They respond promptly and always have a solution! I can't say enough good things about them! I will never buy a board from any other company... ROC for life!! 🤙🏼💕

I’ve been really impressed with my ROC paddleboard from the first time I took it out. The overall quality stands out right away—not just the board itself, but the full set of accessories that come with it. Everything feels durable, from the paddle to the pump and leash, which made getting started simple and stress-free. Inflating the board is relatively easy. The pump works efficiently, and I can have the board ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Once inflated, the board is incredibly sturdy, it feels solid and stable on the water, which is especially reassuring whether you’re a beginner or paddling with kids or gear (which I am all of the above.) My 6 year old comfortably sits on the board in front of me. Another big plus is how lightweight it is. Carrying it to and from the water is easy, and packing it up afterward is just as convenient. It strikes a great balance between being light enough to handle comfortably while still feeling strong and reliable when in use. I also had a great experience with ROC’s customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and quick to address questions, which really adds to the overall confidence in the product. This inflatable paddle board is an absolute home run. The 10' 6" length combined with the extra-wide design makes it incredibly stable, even for beginners or those paddling with a dog. It inflates quickly, feels rock-solid on the water, and comes with a fantastic set of premium accessories. The board is made of premium material and great value for all components. Easy storage as they provide the bag and it holds all the accessories. It's easy to setup and use, and then pack back up. Highly recommend the electric pump. What truly sets this company apart, though, is their amazing customer service; they truly live up to their word and go above and beyond for their customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service – ROC Earned a Customer for Life I rarely leave reviews, but ROC absolutely deserves one. I originally purchased one of their inflatable paddle boards for around $400. A short time later, I noticed the price had dropped to about $200. I reached out to customer support hoping they might be able to help, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, ROC went above and beyond. They honored the new price and refunded me $199.99 with no hassle. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see very often anymore. A huge thank you to Kelly and the ROC team for taking care of me so quickly and professionally. As for the paddle board itself, it’s fantastic. It’s sturdy, easy to inflate, tracks well on the water, and comes with everything you need to get started. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who spends a lot of time on the water, it’s an excellent value. Companies often talk about standing behind their customers—ROC actually does it. Their willingness to make things right even after my purchase speaks volumes about their integrity. Excellent product. Even better customer service. I’ll gladly recommend ROC to anyone looking for a paddle board and won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

After my last board gave out after 7 seasons of use, I ended up purchasing this ROC board as a replacement. I love that this one comes with two sets of bungee cords to hold stuff both at the back and front of the board, and that it comes with two options for how you want to set up the paddle (for SUP or kayak). It just helps so much to hold in my stuff while i'm carrying the board to and from my car. I also love that there are d-rings available to attach a kayak seat. Haven't tried that yet since I don't have a seat, but it's nice that option is there. These side d-rings are also convenient for clipping bungees between two SUPs so that I can "raft up" with my partner as we chill on the water. This board feels very very stable, as it is 33 inches wide (my old one was 31 inches and that difference is pretty noticeable). I could probably do some yoga on it. I also super appreciate the dry bag it comes with -- I can carry my bug spray and sunscreen! Because I'm in a lake with a lot of plants that grab ahold of the fins, I ended up replacing the stock fin with a keel fin/river fin. The board comes with the most common form of fin locking system (the little tab that you slide in) so that made finding an alternative pretty easy (my old board had the lever lock system which was impossible to find). The side fins are not removable but they are very low lying so that they don't grab onto the algae. Can't tell how well the board will hold up yet to extended use as I've only used it once so far. Seems fine and the Amazon review comments about the customer service being responsive made me feel good about things. I don't use tend to the pump since I have an electric one. When I tested the board out however at home, i did hand pump it up and the hand pump is surprisingly fast (and has two settings -- volume vs high pressure). Things I wish it had or would perhaps alter: - D-rings centered at the front and back ends. Currently there are nice cushy handles for two people to carry the board. I do like these. But my primary use would be for me to two my partner's SUP or for him to tow me. To have the d-rings at the front and back then allows us to tow each other around. Not a big deal, as I will probably just buy some d-rings and stick them on. But it would've been nice to have come with the board. - A bag that opens up all the way around three edges would make things just a little easier to put in and out. The zipper of this bag also doesn't seem the strongest, but only time will tell. In general, I'm really happy with the board, all the accoutrements, and the price!

Just got my boards (ordered 2) everything that came in it seems nice and good quality. Except I’m not sure about the glue around the carrying handle and when I went to inflate the board the pump will not attach and lock onto as instructed in the manual. So what isn’t told is that you have to replace the ring on the pump with a smaller ring , it comes in the bag of the pump. Other than that they seem nice and sturdy. I will update once I take them out to the water a few times.

I’ve been very happy with this ROC paddle board. The size provides excellent stability, making it great for relaxing, paddling, and carrying extra gear. It has held up well through two busy summers of regular use and still feels durable and reliable. The included manual pump works well and typically takes me about 5–10 minutes to fully inflate, depending on how quickly I’m pumping. Once inflated, the board feels solid and stable on the water, even when conditions aren’t perfectly calm. I also appreciate the bungee storage system on the front of the board. It securely holds my dry bag, water bottle, and other essentials while I’m out paddling. The travel backpack and included accessories feel like quality equipment rather than cheap add-ons, which makes transporting and storing the board easy. One thing that surprised me is how versatile the board is. It has enough capacity and stability to comfortably support two people for a fun shared paddle. I’ve also used the anchor points to secure the board to other paddle boards or tie it off while reading, relaxing, or sunbathing without drifting away. Over the past two summers, from calm lakes to open water. The board has consistently performed well and still looks great. Overall, this has been an excellent inflatable paddle board with great stability, durability, storage features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable SUP that offers a lot of value for the price.
