I have a fair complexion. I also had a MOH's procedure about 16 months ago. I can use this cream even on the left side where there was a surgical repair. It is very moist. Very easy to apply. Leaves no residue on pillow cases. I will have to wait to see awhile to see improvement, but I am very hopeful. My sister has used this and she has noticeable improvements in fine lines on her face. I have always used this brand's products, but it is the first time I have bought this version, when applied, it leaves the skin soft, I am just starting to use it, in terms of its aroma, the product smells really bad, it smells like soaked clothes and now throw away the box to return it! It is not the same as the rest of the other lines that the brand has. I have read opinions here, according to which it smells perfumed! but NO, the smell is unpleasant! I'm going to give it a trial run to see the results and see if the smell is worth the sacrifice! ... show more

    • Works well, smells AWFUL
I could see a difference in my skins appearance when wearing this product, however, the obscene wet dog/soured clothes smell that comes along with it is too much. Every time I get hot it just gives me another round of the smell and then I’m wondering if the people next to me can smell me! I’ve read other reviews where people have said there’s no smell at all or it’s a light, perfumery smell; and I’ve seen speculation that a bad batch was sold on Amazon so I’m thinking I was one of the bad batch folks. I went in to my Amazon account and was able to request a replacement with no issues. Hoping the next one doesn’t leave me smelling like a stinky girl (I am so self conscious about that!) ... show more

    • Unusable!
I expected a nice cream with a subtle smell like all my other ROC products. I applied this for the first time and was overwhelmed by the stink of it! I tried to keep it on but only made it about 15 minutes before I had to wash it off. Maybe this was a bad jar but the odor makes it unusable.
