Robert & belk is a trusted brand, and this set is very well made! They are kind of heavy and larger than traditional silverware so this set didn’t quite work for my family but they’re on hand if dishes are dirty and we need backups. The brushed nickel finish just feels a little off too, but could be my sensory issues. Overall they wash well and seem like they’ll last a long time.

I’ve been needing a new silverware set for a while, and this one ended up being a great find. The utensils have a nice weight to them, not too heavy, but definitely not flimsy either. The finish looks clean and modern without being too flashy. I’ve run them through the dishwasher multiple times now, and they’ve held up really well. No scratches, no dulling, they still look just as shiny and smooth as when I first opened the box. The quality feels way better than a lot of other sets I’ve used in the past. I also looked up the brand, and it turns out they’re a British company known for solid silverware. I’m glad I took a chance on these, they’re stylish and feel like they’ll last a long time.

I might have a different idea of what makes for "quality" tableware. Some might feel the heft of the pieces and associate this with high quality. I however, prefer lower weight pieces which made from stainless steel. I had intended to replace a well-worn polished set for this brushed metal set, as I generally prefer the look of brushed metal to polished. However, in addition to being twice - three times as heavy as the older set, this set also didn't do anything to fix the edges. While the edges of the spoon aren't exactly "sharp", the edges can definitely be felt when pushing the spoon into and pulling the spoon out of the mouth. The older polished set didn't have this uncomfortable feel.
