Set up and it would not stay inflated on one side. We have tried everything to find the leak. We contacted the company and they said that we would have to return the slide for a refund. There is no way we can deflate and package this very large slide.

I was so excited for my grandkids to use this it was bigger than expected which was great , then got air in it and a hour later one side was deflated and a small whole was by the valve

Went to inflate and it deflated right away. Would not hold air. Seemed it was defective. Sent back for refund and they did not refund full amount we paid.

I opened the box and found 3 small holes when I first aired it up. Be warned liked all the other reviews said. It is not durable and will leak.

Nice product. Heat will cause it to get a little soft so be prepared to air up tight often to accommodate larger kids.
