I have this alternator for six months in my car. So I can say with certainty that this alternator is good when you are on a tight budget. You could use it as a permanent fixture for your car. But I would recommend getting the better expensive ones when you have the funds available for one.

Glad it worked. I spent 2 days pulling out the old one and putting in this new alternator and did not want any issues at all because of the work involved. Luckily no issues and wife is happy.

I bought the alternator and a month later the alternator starting making noise. after isolate the noise from egnine i notice the noises were coming from the alternator pulley. I had tried to find a way to reach out for warranty and since i am buying this from amazon, i have no way of how to reaching out the seller or go to the website and asking for warranty. I find buying this from amazon was a good deal but if there was a defect i have no way of reaching out the seller for warranty. I think is best is to buy from local autopart store just incase this happen.
