Roadid kept popping up in my search for a new one so I decided to give them a try. The package arrived today and I have to say I'm impressed. From the creative/entertaining messages on the outside of the package to the note inside from the person who packed it, the presentation was great. My tag seems well made and fits my watch perfectly (another plus from prerviously having to wear another wrist band). The lifetime guarantee is what really gets me tho. If the tag becomes unreadable, they send a new one!

I bought a couple of these off their website. The smaller version fits nice and snug on my fitness band, but the larger version is quite loose on my 20mm watch band so the ID keeps sliding down by the clasp. The ID itself feels solid. They put a lot of information on there so of course the font is a little small for older eyeballs (!) but still easily readable. I wear my ID 24/7 so I'm hoping the elastic loops will last.

Order the dog tag, it's the same thing. I have ruined two of the rubberband inserts, sliding it up and down the edge of my metal watchband has cut it to pieces. It is too loose to function well on the mesh metal bands. This projects away from the watchband. I am currently going with a new, slimmer band and hoping to slide the ID directly on the band. I recently bought the Road iD "Stretch 13mm" and love it but the lettering is just too small. What I like about the sidekick in 19mm (black plate) is the lettering is a bit bigger and you get 6 lines of information. The black plate in my opinion is easier to read. Importantly, and the main reason why I bought the sidekick is I can attach it to my Garmin FR 245M or any other watch. I don't need to wear an additional bracelet on my wrist. I don't normally run with my phone so having the road id on my wrist gives me a bit of peace of mind when I'm out running during the day and at night. I would definitely recommend this product!

I got one as a surprise for my dad for his birthday! I was really excited and placed my order. The product was well made because the lettering was nice and easy to see and it seemed sturdy. However, I ordered the wrong size. I was immensely disappointed, and sent an email explaining my mistake and asking if there was a way to get one in the size I needed. They responded within the hour and assured me that they would send a new id in the correct size free of charge. Within the day a new one was on the way, with quick delivery! Three days later the id arrived and it fit perfectly. Great company, great product, great employees! Definitely recommend it!

I purchased the ID tag for my Fitbit wrist band. I wear this everyday. Now when I am out hiking, walking, kayaking or anywhere, I have the comfort of know that I can get the care I need should something happen to me and I am unable to talk!

I bought my first Road Id bracelet years ago because of an incident on the road running. I have never been on an adventure without one. I have never had to use the Road ID for an emergency but just knowing it is on me gives me confidence that if something happened I was going to be okay.

Perfect. I wanted some form of identification when I'm out exercising without my wallet or phone. Was able to customize this with every piece of ID I wanted, and it fits perfectly on my Garmin Instinct. Kinda looks cool, too!
