So FedEx lost my beautiful moon decoration and when I told Riverside Designs they promptly sent out a new one immediately. We really dig it and it is mounted proudly on the wall on our outside patio. I really appreciate the work as well as the decency of this company.

The item was not adequately packaged to prevent it from being bent in transit. I sent it back. I also bought a similar wall art "sun", which, although packaged the same, was not bent and is residing very nicely on the wall by my deck. I bought another to replace the "bent" moon. It arrived safely and also adourns a wall - Both are looking good! I'm very pleased with the look of them. For the price I would expect better packaging. ... show more
