    • Despite the lemon flavor, they are very effective!
After deciding to invest in my health this year, I started taking a series of Ritual supplements. It was an adjustment getting used to every supplement having a flavor (mint or lemon), especially when taking them all at once. Getting past that, I do appreciate that some of them are flavored, the Omega 3 in particular, only because O3's can be dicey once you start to digest them. This one gave me no trouble. Also, I have an inflammatory skin disease which responds well to fatty acids and it has noticeably improved. I’m really glad I chose this Omega 3 from Ritual. I wanted a prenatal DHA that was vegan and trustworthy, and this one checked all the boxes. It feels good knowing it’s science-backed and made specifically for pregnancy. The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach at all.
