Its beautiful, well built and easy to assemble. The directions are straightforward and the parts for each step are compartmentalized making the process simple. I had to step away a couple times and I had no problem resuming where I left off as they made the process very user friendly. I weigh 190 and have a muscular build and I'm pushing heavy weight on this thing with no worries as its sturdy! Stability is paramount so kudos to RitFit! The safety bars and J hooks are solid and easy to switch out. The pull up bar is amazing. The pulleys and lat pull down are great which is a pleasant surprise because home gym lat pulldowns usually suck! I love this thing and get so excited to workout each day! It also has a wide enough center without making a huge footprint. I also love that the plate holders work for 1 and 2 inch plates! Well played, RitFit! What really impressed me the most is their customer service. I had to submit a warranty claim and their customer service rep was professional, sincere, kind, thorough, and very well spoken. My replacement partwas here in 2 days! Faster than most Amazon deliveries!!! I could go on and on but just know that this is the best piece of home gym equipment I own by a long shot and I had lofty expectations. That alone makes me a happy customer but their customer service drove it home and ensured my loyalty and advocacy for RitFit. I'm reentering the fitness industry here soon and I'll be recommending their products as well as buying more! This is my second purchase of this rack for a physical therapy clinic. This one arrived with two of the weight storage pegs damaged and unusable. Communication with the seller was easy and after sending them a picture of the damaged part, new ones were sent within a few days. This is a good rack for the money. It was quick to assemble and I enjoy the pulley system. One criticism I have is that it’s hard to do some cable exercises if you’re on the taller side. I’m 6’1” and I can’t do bicep curls because the rail doesn’t go high enough for me to have full range of motion. I account for this by doing curls on my knees, which is a bit awkward. ... show more

I bought this cage to make a nicer garage gym. The assembly directions were simple and it took less than 2 hours to assemble. I have used it for 2 weeks consistently now and it is very sturdy and reliable. Very happy with this product.

Product had a few missing pieces but customer service was quick to make it right. Also it ships in two packages but Amazon just gives you one tracking number. Easy to assemble. Overall construction is probably excellent for the price point. Feels a bit more flimsy compared to professional cages at a gym but for the much more affordable price, I have zero complaints. Would recommend. Also, if your weights are all full size bumper plates, you’ll have trouble using the top storage pegs ... show more

The company shipped the product minus the nuts and bolts. The cage is also manufactured in China and they don't keep any assembly parts stateside. Update: After contacting customer service, the complete set of bolts and fasteners were shipped about a week later and the company even sent a set of extra pull down attachments to apologize.
